Hi Christina! I hope all is well. Just wanted to share that I was a little late with my period, and wanted to go gentler as a change of pace, so I decided to do this yoga session for a week.. and I got my period! I know there's different factors at play for that, but I know taking it easy and doing your yoga definitely helped. Thank you! I will definitely continue with the others in every phase of my cycle. :)

Well, I didn't think I would need this for a couple more weeks, but it came early!! Very nice! I'll do #2 in a couple of weeks!! Perimenopause is the pits, lol.

Thank you for this series, I can't wait to start it! As someone with Endometriosis, I have to monitor my cycle closely. I look forward to doing this program to help with each cycle of menstruation!

Is this good for endometriosis too? I don't have a period, but pain and tight pelvic muscles..

Today is my 2nd day, yesterday i hardly had any flow with serious cramps all night.. Today the cramps were at the most.. This really helped and made it bearable. Though I followed the Series all month i dint do the last phase.. But still i can feel something different now.

Are you psychic?! Mine have been irregular for a while now, I think it's due to my pain meds so I've started tapering off one, hopefully this will help regulate my cycle. I haven't had a period since the end of July. I'm 45 and I know it also could be perimenopause but I don't have any other symptoms. My friend hadn't had hers in 2 years. She came off tramadol, the same one I'm coming off and had her period in September! I've been seeing my Dr about it and you'd think at some point she would've said, it could be your pain killers! Thanks Christina, I'm looking forward to doing this practice either way, I always enjoy your practices. Love and light beautiful 🧘‍♀️💜🧘‍♀️💜

Good yoga routine. I subscribed and followed the series. But just one comment, the audio of the introduction was very very difficult to listen to.

It's not cool to get so defensive whenever people tell you that the audio could be improved. Also, some kind of guidance on breathing in a yoga routine wouldn't hurt at all.

Do these yoga poses work to increase menstrual flow. I have gradual decrease of menstrual flow since past 2 years. I recently started doing yoga. Please advice. Thank you🙏🏽

Wow, both you and my cat know before I do XP I'm also just getting mine back after 2 years of depo provera shutting mine down completely (it's been almost 4 years since I stopped taking it). I do not miss menstuation, but I think it's healthier.

I'm not sure what you're referring to. At minute 16:45 is in the middle of the savasana meditation. The sequence begins at around 2:00. A 2 minute explanation of the series and introduction to the video is fairly reasonable. Thanks!
