I really like how gentle you phrase your instructions... "When you're ready" and "if it feels good" and "I invite you to"... That makes the whole thing that much more soothing. I don't hurt anymore since drinking raspberry leaf tea, but I do get very tired and bloated and cranky. And now I just feel tired and bloated and serene. So thank you!

So I am cramping and with the first pose/position (right hand on right foot working a pressure point) I felt immediate relief. Left side I felt decrease in pain. After I completed the entire session I felt better. I’d say I went from a 6 on the pain scale to a 3. Gonna do this 1-2 more times today (afternoon and evening). Thank you for sharing this natural way to ease my cramps. I also supplement with Dong quai and red raspberry leaf tea (if I don’t feel nauseated). 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

I'm on day 3 of my moon cycle and had just followed a pretty intense 20-minute exercise routine. The cramps started after a couple of minutes and I thought that maybe I could find a soothing yoga video to help me. I couldn't be more grateful for finding yours; thanks sooo much. I'm completely relaxed and the cramps fully disappeared right before the squat. Your gentle routine is a blessing and I feel calm and content with the connection I did with my body. Thanks!

I use double doses of magnesium in the run up to my period and during to help my cramps and I take liquid iron and vit c during my period to help with fatigue during mensuration. I have pcos and I find that yoga really helps. I'm so glad I found you, thank you for doing what you do! 💟 I love BeYou period patches- they're infused with menthol and eucalyptus and are very soothing throughout the day if I do have cramps. thankyou for this, all my symptoms, but particularly cramps have been getting so much harder every month for a while. This yoga really helped me to relax and definitely gave me some relief. Thank you that was lovely, although I luckily don't suffer cramps, I'm now working more intuitively with my body and instead of intense exercise when mensturating, as if nothing is going on with my body like I use to, I'm now pausing my intense workouts and doing gentle yoga, giving myself time to relax and be quiet.
