I did this video last week and it kicked my butt before we even made it to cardio but this week I made it all the way to core before I was dying lol! This is a great video to measure growth with and I can't wait to keep coming back to it! Great video!

Love your voice I would love more reminders of breath. Strenuous exercises I end up holding my breath. I enjoy yoga because of the flow of the breath following body movements. You are awesome! Thanks for videos❤️from NJ

Awesome! Thank you! Ya I used to do voiceovers but it was too challenging to go back and speak over my actions. I find it easier and more natural to just instruct as I go like a normal class haha

Sorry but this was not a very good workout. Ended it after the not very creative try to get my heart rate up. and the music is kinda annoying
