As a beginner to yoga/yoga sculpt this was extremely challenging but so much fun! I wasn't able to use the weights for everything (yet) but I'll definitely be incorporating this workout into my fitness routine.

I’ve been doing yoga for almost a year, I’m ytt 200 now so I’d like to say I have some yoga/fitness experience as I have been a gym rat for the past 5 years lifting weights and also not forgetting cardio, I wanted to try yoga sculpt to see if I’d like to put it into my own practice, this video is my first attempt at yoga with dumbbells, I chose 30 minutes to just get the feel..I am not disappointed I actually had to take a break at the 10 minute mark 😂, I’m excited to say I am definitely adding This to my ytt tool belt and I am excited to build up the stamina for longer more intense sessions ❤❤❤❤
