This was just what I was looking for. I found this kind of late, but it's perfect and I wish I'd found it earlier. Everything else is too hard, and doesn't acknowledge the fact, that some people, like me, who are still in school, barely go to the gym, or have equipment. Also, the workouts actually hurt, which is good, everything else hurts so much, I can't keep doing it, or everything else is too easy.

Yes, I would give your arm muscles at least a 24 hour break before doing again. Do a leg or core workout on the other days.

You could go through this workout twice for a harder workout but you do not need to do it multiple times a day and you shouldn't do it everyday, either. You need to give your muscles at least 24 hours to recover.

I am also asking, I think for my opinion this is mostly a slow workout to build in the tiny muscles in order for the actual hatd ones like push ups or etc, just to help you build up stability
