Thanks for that, Jared! I just did it in my hotel room after a long day of walking and sight seeing on vacation. Didn't want to over exert myself but thought that a gentle upper body workout would be a good way to close out the day. This was perfect! Thank you!

well 7 months later after doing this workout 3 times a week, i can say this workout really helps. It has majorly improved my arms strength and how much of a workout my body can tolerate without needing to take a break. Thank you for this.

This was just what I was looking for. I found this kind of late, but it's perfect and I wish I'd found it earlier. Everything else is too hard, and doesn't acknowledge the fact, that some people, like me, who are still in school, barely go to the gym, or have equipment. Also, the workouts actually hurt, which is good, everything else hurts so much, I can't keep doing it, or everything else is too easy.

You may see some growth but the most growth will come from using weights!

Yes, I would give your arm muscles at least a 24 hour break before doing again. Do a leg or core workout on the other days.

Exercises were a good burn. It would be good to announce the end of each exercise. When I'm face down doing the bear crawls or planks, I can't see the screen with the timer.

You could go through this workout twice for a harder workout but you do not need to do it multiple times a day and you shouldn't do it everyday, either. You need to give your muscles at least 24 hours to recover.

All the other million views ones with heavily built models are actually those who work heavily in the gym to get those nauseating myscles. You look like a proper home worked out guy looking realistically fit.

This workout will help tone and strengthen the arms but if you have fat on your arms, you will need to lose overall body fat by eating a sensible diet as well.

I pretty much was a couch potato during the start of 2020 all the way until now. at the moment I have trouble doing push-ups and I couldn't do a second round cause my arms feel incredibly heavy and its painful.

I am also asking, I think for my opinion this is mostly a slow workout to build in the tiny muscles in order for the actual hatd ones like push ups or etc, just to help you build up stability

It can help with muscle definition, but if building muscle is your goal, adding weights is a good idea!
