This workout is perfect for beginners and can be done at home with just a kettlebell. It's a great way to build muscle, enhance endurance, and boost overall fitness levels. In this workout, we focus on five essential kettlebell exercises that target multiple muscle groups, providing a full-body workout. We perform three sets of these exercises, with the last set being unbroken for an added challenge. Here are the exercises included in this kettlebell routine: 1. **Hang Deadlift (10 reps):** This exercise targets the lower back, hamstrings, and glutes, helping to improve strength and posture. 2. **Kettlebell Swing (10 reps):** A dynamic movement that engages the core, glutes, and shoulders, promoting cardiovascular fitness and explosive power. 3. **Goblet Squat (10 reps):** This squat variation strengthens the quads, hamstrings, and glutes while also engaging the core for stability. 4. **Kettlebell Press (10 reps):** A great exercise for building upper body strength, focusing on the shoulders, chest, and triceps. 5. **Kettlebell Row (10 reps):** Targets the back muscles, including the lats and rhomboids, helping to improve posture and upper body strength. After completing the three sets of these exercises, we finish with a conditioning routine to enhance endurance and core stability: **Finisher:** 1. **100M Suitcase Walk (per side):** This exercise strengthens the core, grip, and stabilizing muscles as you walk with a kettlebell in one hand. 2. **100M Ruck Walk:** Place the kettlebell between your shoulder blades like a rucksack to engage the upper back and core, improving overall stability and endurance.

Hello all, Today I did my first full Kettlebell workout. Only 12 minutes, only an 8 kg weight and at an easy rate, I'm nearing 51 and suffer from some joint-problems due to a lifetime of hard fysical labour. My whole body aches, I've used muscles I didn't even know that I had but man, it was fun!!!! I'm looking forward to my next session on saturday 🎉 Thanks for all the good advice Stark-team ❤

I did this workout after a run, as a kettlebell newbie, and my hamstrings are sore! This was really fun, and the music had me dancing. Thanks for posting the playlist in the description. EDM is always good for a workout. Thank you!

Hey, this seems very attractive, not only for beginners. E.g. as additional workout, as "Finisher", or with a corresponding weight. Thanks for the inspiration. As always, highly appreciate your work!!!!!!!! Greetings from Germany, Daniel 😎

Hi!!! First of all, thanks for sharing high quality content almost every day. I would like to ask you, I do train with your videos for the last year. But recently, I had a really bad back injury in a spartan competition (heavy deadlift with no warm up...). I have been diagnosed with herniated disc at L4. With type of workout + stretching would you recommend???

Sir, are the suitcase walk and ruck walk "must have"?

have to try this. any tips for tall individuals working out at home? im 6'4''(197cm) and anything overhead is kind of a no-no in my appartment. i can basically touch the ceiling with my flat hand and i have no garden and i don't want to schlepp my stuff to a not so near park to workout in public either. a turkish getup is somewhat doable but i don't like to freakout with a heavy weight above me when accidently touching the ceiling. any mitigations or workarounds maybe? love the content!

If you don't want to take a kettlebell outside or to a park, you're going to have to get creative. Does your apartment have a pool or workout facility?

@@LebeStarkJason thx for the reply, sadly no. i have a basement but due to the age of the building it is even less in height.
@LebeStarkJason2 ай бұрын
@@animanaut Gotcha. In that case, I would stick with exercises like the split squat press, single leg deadlifts, halos, etc until you can find a better solution that doesn't cramp your style.
