We're back with another AMRAP (as many reps as possible) workout which will help increase your strength and endurance🔥 Instead of following us, we figured we give you all an opportunity to workout along with us just to see how well you can push your body to new limits! In this workout, you will cycle through 6 bodyweight exercises (2 lower, 2 upper, 2 core/abs) and do each exercise for reps in an ascending ladder. So you will start by doing each exercise for 1 rep, and then 2 reps, 3 reps...and so on. The goal is to reach as many reps per set as possible within a 15 minute time period. This is a great high intensity challenge that will help you assess how well your strength, speed and endurance is getting over time! Take a second to preview the workout, give it a try and let us know how many rounds you were able to complete in the comments! Whether you feel like you did great or not, this is a judgement free channel---we're all here to help each other get better! 🔥
We made note of the exercises on the screen but feel free to write them down so that you know the order of each exercise. Also, there are modifications so that everyone can participate:
1.Drop Squats
2. Alternating Front Lunges
3. Push-Ups
4. Single Arm Up-Downs
5. V-Ups
6. Single Leg Sit-up/Toe Touch

Finished 9 rounds and got 3 squats in. It wasn't too bad. The push ups are getting easier for sure, also v-ups. I'm gonna go do my 1,000 skips. I'm getting so much better at double unders guys 🥳 day 19 ✅

Week 3: Day #5 ✅ 💪😰 Woohooo!!! 11 Rounds + 12 Reps Squats feels so good! For active cardio I did 2.78MI outdoor walking temp 41F feels 35F 💨🥶 ! Thank you guys 🙂

10.5 rounds in. I definitely struggled with the push ups lol. Will follow up with an easy walk/jog this afternoon. Love these challenging workouts! It shows me how I’ve improved and where I still need some work.

30 DAY ANNIVERSARY CHALLENGE - October 2022 - WEEK 1: DAY 5. DO NOT LET 15 MINUTES FOOL YOU into thinking this was a mild workout. Tough but loved pushing myself. This is brutally amazing. At about 7 minutes I'm looking at my TV panting thinking it's almost done but it was only half-way!!! Unbelievable how much you can do in 15 minutes. Juice & Toya, I absolutely adore you!! Thank you for being such warriors and allow us to warrior along side you!!

Week 3 Day 5 is 🔥💀💪🏽🦵🏽💦 WOW! I made it through 11 rounds but with one exercise left. Tried my best to keep up with y’all. After, I chose to get on my elliptical for a cool down. All of this was on point!,

Week 4 Day 5: 🤩WOW I got this AMRAP. ❤ No modifications with the exception of push-ups about midway. I reached the 11th round all the way through to the next to last exercise. I finished it out until the Finisher. Thank you…💜💜Everyone-FINISH STRONG! 🤗

Week 1 Day 5: Catching up. Definitely pushed this to new limits. AMRAP is a great brain workout as well. Somewhere between 5-6 & 7-8 the counting crossed. Once I got in the flow, it was great. I had to prove to myself that I could not be far behind. First 15 minutes hit 9 rounds. Second 15 minutes hit 10 rounds. I should sleep real well tonight. Have a great night Everyone. 😅😊😴

Week 1, Day 5 complete, I was able to get in 8 complete rounds of all of the exercises and finished half way through the 9th round. This was a great workout for me, I started struggling in my last round, but was able to keep going until the finish line!

Week 4, Day 5 [19/11/22]; Workout completed + 10 min finisher and stretch. Rounds expected: 7 Rounds finished: 11 I injured my left elbow but still managed with some modifications to finish this one! I've improved so much that I'm at a loss for words. Thank you so much!

OBLA Challenge, Week 4 Day 5: (had to tweak the schedule around because i just got my period and my condition gets worse on the second day so...) did 7 rounds full modified the first time, now i did 7 rounds and 6 reps of the last exercise with half of moves modified! leaving stats aside i felt my endurance has improved lots and some moves were easier to make, especially pushups. as i've said before i'm so thankful you guys came up with this challenge, besides any physical change and dropped numbers i feel better overall! now i'm doing Day 4 workouts and call it a day and week! (otherwise tomorrow will be hard to do even the walking workout lol)

That's my second workout from you guys and I surprisingly enjoyed it. Great video when you're short of time or not feeling doing anything hardcore. Not hard but challenging enough. Love the clear instructions and the genuine gym vibes. Love from France!

W1D5 switched to this workout after giving in 7 rounds 20 minutes into today's db amrap. Got in 9 rounds, but up downs were on my knees. Feeling accomplished.

Love your workouts! ❤️ May I share a suggestion? Have Juice demonstrate the modified versions of the moves, while Toya does the full versions. I think this helps normalize the truth that differing fitness capabilities aren't always gender-related. 🙏🏽 Keep up the great work!

Week 1, Day 5: I forgot to comment but I did both workouts. I couldn't keep up! I had to start it over a few times but finally got the rhythm/routine. I was only able to complete around 5 and a half sets once I got it. I can't wait to see my progress after the 4 weeks.

Week 1, Day 5 [28/10/22]; Workout completed! Rounds expected: 6 Rounds finished: 9 A bit late, but I'm proud I made more than I thought. I can swear that those 15 minutes felt like HOURS, especially because of those lunges; I can't believe I'm saying I preferred the Push-ups. First time ever doing an AMRAP workout, and I really liked it. Kept going just by thinking I'd be able to do snow angels after this honestly, it was harder than I thought. NOTE: You'll be so thankful for doing it when you look back and see how much you've progressed! Don't give up.

Ok, I finally got time to post today. I completed both workouts this morning. For my 15 min cardio I ran a mile and walked. I got between 10 to 11 rounds on the AMRAP workout out. I was super tired towards the end and messed up my count. I really enjoyed it not what I expected. Awesome job you guys! Week 3 Day 5

Week 1 day 5 of celebration challenge 10/28/22! This amrap was a killer sweat sesh! Loved it. Got 11 reps in and it went by faster than I thought. Loved how I was sweating by the second rep. Never did your amraps before because I didn't think I could do it....glad I did and will definitely do again!!

10/28/22- week 1, day 5- Wow, first time doing an AMRAP! Great workout for only 15 minutes! 1 sit-up away from 9 rounds with modified pushups the last 2 rounds. Went 7 rounds before realizing I was doing the up-downs wrong by going down on both forearms per rep😜

Wk 5 day 5 - I missed yesterday as I was feeling pretty crappy. It was a recovery day anyway so that's okay. But did AMRAP today and feeling better overhaul. Small gains putting a smile on my face!!!

Week 4 Day 5: I absolutely loved this challenge, I only missed one day but I made both those works outs up. Week 3, Day 5: Completed 9 rounds. Plank up/downs are my nemesis! During the workout I felt tired (and sweaty!) but happy to be doing it. Got through it the best I could. The15 minute cardio will be a nice walk outside.

9 rounds within the time, then went back around an extra minute or so in order to finish a tenth with some vibey background music to spare haha probably lost count of reps a few too many times and almost died at the single arm up-downs but it sure feels awesome after!!

Week 1 Day 2 Did this out of order because I have a long run on Saturday (17 miles) and can't do an AMRAP workout the day before. Had to take this slower - shoulder is sore - but made it into the 9th round.

Got to approx. 9.5 rounds before the 15 minutes was up, so I paused and finished up to get to 10 rounds (I'm OCD like that, haha). No joke, this was one of the longest 15 minutes of my life! But I feel really good, and I got a 1.5 mile brisk walk in with my pup afterwards, as well. I feel like I'm able to do more push-ups every day - thanks for the motivation y'all bring! : )

If I am being honest. I am astonished with my capabilities at this point. I manage to do 12 rounds of the 6 exercises that is mentioned, which is ridiculous and this proves that I improved my strength and endurance overall. For the cooldown, I decided to go for a 15 minute brisk walk this afternoon later after I did the workout. In other words, I am surprised 💪🔥.

Made it to round 11! Very glad I found you guys. Love these workouts. I'm 50, a former ballet dancer and fitness enthusiast my entire life. Had a hip replacement in 2018 and fought back to be able to workout like this again. Keep up the great work!

Day 5 complete! Another great workout! I was able to get through 8 complete rounds. I struggled with the sit-up/toe touches, which ultimately slowed me down a bit, but I felt great doing these exercises. For a cool down, I did a 15 minute walk around my neighborhood.

That was too brutal for me. I manage to get up to 6 rounds before I stopped, had a break did 1 more round and collapsed. I willl use this as my bench mark to measure future fitness and strength. Thank you once again. Awesome.

Week 3, day 5✅I completed 10 rounds😭👏🏽the speed caught me off guard in the beginning so I restarted it and adjusted my speed. I had to use the modifications for push-ups and the up downs because I was losing my form but I did all the advanced moves for the last set. Those forward lunges...I hated them😂I’m just glad I got in a decent amount of rounds because I almost quit after 5. I’ll be using this every month to test my strength and endurance progress. I know what you mean, halfway through it felt really tough but then you're close to the end and you catch second wind. Last round was my best I think 😅 great work, I hope next time I manage to do 10 rounds as well.

The first time I tried, I was only able to get 5 reps of each. I tried again later on in the day and got 10 reps each! I definitely want to try again and see if I can push myself even harder!! Cardio, I did a 10 minute cardio with some jumping jacks.

So, because I'm catching up, I had to do this one today together with the Wednesday booty workout. I was a bit slower because had the booty workout before this, plus my legs were rather tired for some reason even during that booty workout, so I managed to do almost 8. The core ones were the toughest for me! Even got some light weights and got my arms trained a little afterwards (wasn't my idea haha) by my partner. I gotta tell you, this was one hell of a workout altogether. The light cardio is going to be a walk with my dog. ^^ After this challenge is done, I'll definitely try to up my workout time. The feeling of being tired, but still knowing you haven't overdone it is amazing. Feeling good!

Did 9.5 rounds. My wrist has slowed me down due to some tendonitis but I'm pushing through, carefully! Did a 20 min walk afterwards.

That was insane! 😅I thought 15 mins only? This should be easy peasy!... 5 mins in and I was regretting my words 🤐 managed to get up to 10 reps of each exercise though so am happy with myself 💪🏿

11.5 rounds in and paused the cool down until the round was finished. Struggled with the up downs but definitely feeling stronger🥵xx

Completed 9 reps and 10 squats! As per usual, the upper body segments kill me 🥵 (only section that I chose to modify) but I pushed through! Afterwards I completed 600 jump ropes and walked in the park

Week 3 : Day 5 !!! COMPLETE ✅ !! Dang I broke a sweat no joke !!! I did 10 amrp it's getting much better tho .💛🙏🏼 I also went for a long walk my legs were shaky 😊

🥵 got in 9 rounds. The upper body was a little more challenging but I did 4 regular push up with wide base( as you suggested) before switching to knee ones. Did a 25 minute dance workout for cardio!

awesome workout me and my wife got to round 9 and started ten up until till the pushups. we then followed up the cardio with a 30 min bike ride. this was amazing. Thanks you guys.

WOD! Almost 9 rounds but had to do modifications for the last 3 minutes of the workout , followed by a 15 min . “1 Mile Happy walk“ video I found on KZbin (very fun btw) . I couldn’t do yesterday’s stretching routine but planning to do it tomorrow. Have a good weekend guys and will see you Monday !

That was intense!! I managed to finish 8 rounds and I’m so proud💃🏽💃🏽. Finished this with a 15 minute tabata workout as I wanted to challenge myself and get that cardio in. I am sweating buckets 😥 but did a nice LONG cool down stretch.
