Personal opinion. I love your workouts, I was so happy when I found you on here. Clear instructions and no banal 'encouragement' a breath of fresh air. I'm not a guy although lots of other trainers refer to everyone as one. Was keen to try this workout but can't say I am a fan of the new delivery style. I appreciate you need to adapt and change but please don't become like all the others. Stay true to who you are and keep delivering the brilliant workouts (clear video instructions, music and timer beeps). If you could find a way to post two versions one with and one without the extra chat? That would be amazing. Thanks

This was phenomenal. I'm severely out of shape. I used to play soccer 7 days a week and I weighed 165. I now weigh 275. I did the easy version for everything in this workout, and I am sweating more than I have in the gym in months. Got my heart rate up to 150 which felt amazing. Gonna be doing this workout consistently for a while.

There's a lot to like about this video. Great workout, nice music, good vibe/likable people, just the right amount of encouragement, choose your level of difficulty and impact. Unfortunately, having ads during a HIIT(i.e., timed) workout, especially during the plank, was a deal killer for me. I very much want to like this channel. Do your videos usually have ads in them? At first it started out so easy that i was like pfft. I can do this no problem. Then about the third round of the first set i was like phew that was making me sweat. Can't believe it's over and then i was like oh no wait... it's not over. So by the end i felt pretty good. 20 minutes is my new workout goal. The beginning kind of eases you in so i think these workouts are great for easing you in or for people who aren't looking to get ripped but just get into better shape. I've done Ruthless Ringside and those videos are truly Ruthless. They have me and my husband screaming f*ck you Steve! But this workout is way more easy to stick to lol.

1 am EST... doing this challenge 12 weeks post partum and got up with the baby at 12:30. Felt restless and needed to clear my head so I came downstairs to work out. My toughest exercise was definitely the jack sit ups from round one. Had to do them single leg as my core is definitely still healing from baby.

Great stuff Juice & Toya, I have just completed this 3 times this week. I am noting how many times I complete the full version before dropping down to the modifier to gauge my progress. As I am nearly 57, I am old school programmed in some of the exercises I see from 40 years ago. So it is possible make some of these even more challenging. Disclaimer I can't comment on what the increased chances of injury might be without correct form. 1. Drop lunge-Instead of coming back to a neutral position you lunge straight into the alternate lunge. 4.Squat Pulses-Last 10 seconds hold a squat position. Ouch 7. Burpee Crossover-Version A, when you come up, jump up instead. Version B. When in push up position, jump both knees forward twice instead of crossing each singular leg, before coming up ( This is an old fashioned burpee) 8. High knees- Place your hands palms down at waist height, ensure your knees/thighs hit your hands, this will ensure you don't start dropping your knees as you tire from 15 seconds onwards. Also your hands must not drop to touch your knees,, your knees/thighs must come to your hands. 9. Extended plank- Get a disc that slides or piece of cardboard, when in plank position slide your hands forwards and backwards. As your core gets stronger push further out. I hope to get back to full conditioning before I try these advanced modifiers myself. Oh I wish I was in my 20's again lol.

Was looking forward to this all day while at my desk, and it did not disappoint! Super quick but tough, for sure. The hardest one for me was the push up to child's pose but one of my fitness goals this year is to become better at doing pushups, so I still enjoyed the challenge it gave me!

Thats a great goal! I bet by the end of this 4 weeks, you'll notice a nice difference in your push ups as well! 🔥🔥

Can't believe it was my first time doing this video, it was sooo good! Was able to keep up with Julius 💪 I really enjoyed this format because it works the multiple parts of the body within each set.
