PERFECTION! I could not get my workout fill this morning being stuck in the house in this weather..but..You nailed it..longest 15mins ever and I loved it!

Marsha this was perfect to get me moving this Monday morning! Loved the format and you can do it once or several times through or pair with another short-circuit workout! Yay for no repeats and versatility! great music and moves! Thank you very much!

I loved this. Not too hard but a good way to get moving in the morning. I don’t have much equipment at home so this was perfect.

This was a great workout. Question for you! Is there any way to a modified version of the "get up lunges" at 4:15. Or, if not that, can you give me some tips on how to improve my form. I struggle to get the momentum after that reverse burpee roll back to stand straight up. Thanks!

Hi Marsha! My husband and I enjoy doing this routine together once a week. Can you please tell us, what is the purpose of the Bent Knee Drop w/ DB? All of the moves in this routine are so rigorous, yet this isn't as tough. I try to just focus on keeping my lower back down and my abs engaged. Are we missing something? Thank you!

Bent Knee Drops 2:30ish right after Giant Lateral Hops at 2:00.

Aahh! you've got to make sure you're leg is dropping from the hip. If it's too easy drop both legs at the same time or even harder, straighten your legs and drop.
