This was a great workout. Question for you! Is there any way to a modified version of the "get up lunges" at 4:15. Or, if not that, can you give me some tips on how to improve my form. I struggle to get the momentum after that reverse burpee roll back to stand straight up. Thanks!

Hi Marsha! My husband and I enjoy doing this routine together once a week. Can you please tell us, what is the purpose of the Bent Knee Drop w/ DB? All of the moves in this routine are so rigorous, yet this isn't as tough. I try to just focus on keeping my lower back down and my abs engaged. Are we missing something? Thank you!

Bent Knee Drops 2:30ish right after Giant Lateral Hops at 2:00.

Aahh! you've got to make sure you're leg is dropping from the hip. If it's too easy drop both legs at the same time or even harder, straighten your legs and drop.
