I'm 66, and need to lose weight and improve strength and body shape. Want to do it at home. This routine is the first one for seniors that I've found. It seems a bit benign for me. I'm probably fitter and stronger and more flexible than the ladies in yr video. Have you a more demanding chair routine for someone like me ? Thanks

Hi thanks for the comment. If you look in the playlist intermediate to advanced workouts hopefully there is something in there for you. Also remember if you feel you can push yourself more in the videos go for it ! You control the intensity. Please keep an eye out we will be putting more advanced videos out in the next month or two. @@elderfitTV Thanks Tom, but I don't see any 'intermediate to advanced workout' mentioned anywhere. I did follow a link to the Eldefit page. There I find 12 pages of different workouts. But again no mention of intermediate to advanced. Could you simply send me a link to where I need to go please. This is like a needle in a haystack for me. Remember, we're the oldies 😄😉
