I'm 69 I nearly did all but last one I couldn't as I need support to stand and sit I'm a little out of breath already will do it everyday In Shaa Allah

Well done 👏 keep going. A little tip for you - if you have a chair with arms you can use this to support you in the sit to stand exercise - we do this with clients in the public classes.

Managed this , more or less. The numerous adverts in middle of exercises are most annoying ......nothing to do with you though.

Thanks 🙏 we can't stop the adverts unfortunately but I believe we can move them to different points in the video. I will have a look at this and see if I can move them after the exercise periods in the rest sections.

Bother. Could not do the endurance , too out of puff. It's as if I have returned to pre exercise body after having the flu and two weeks off. Oh, well, onwards and upwards. You look nothing like Michael Flatley!

Loved this video!!!Am unable to stand for any length of time and I love your seated exercised videos. I am 76 and need to workout 3 days a week and also do strength training 2 days a week. Retired R.N. living in Florida and I am a new subscriber. Thank you so much. Looking forward to any seated videos that are 20-30 minutes. Have a great day!

Nicely done and easy to do exercises for elderly. The only problem is the advertisement right in the middle of the session. When you are doing the session the adv comes up I the middle of an exercise. Eg. you are stopped at the middle of the body swing exercise and gets confused whether to continue swings or wait for the add to finish and start swinging back😂. If the adv is at the start or the end, would give a continuation.
