I've been doing this twice a week for the past 4 weeks along with a resistance lower body workout once a week and I've noticed such a difference in my core! It's a great feeling to be able to go lower and lower without all the shaking i was experiencing before. Would love to see more of these 15 minute full body pilates videos!!

I know what you mean. I workout a lot and include strength work as well. But, this speed me how tight my hips were. I have no problem with push-ups but those sided tilt hip-lifts did me in. I feel like this is more challenging to me than other workouts that could be more challenging to other people. So, I see what you mean🪄

Hi Charlotte - I'm Chloe (the instructor from the video). Sometimes those moves can get into your hips a bit too much! If so, try doing that series laying on your side instead - that should feel much better! Glad you enjoyed it though! :)

I thought I was quite fit, but my strength has been flagging as I do mostly dancercise type classes, I used to do pilates years ago until I had a knee injury, and loved it, I really enjoyed this and had to take some reps out, I'm hoping I'll get my strength back again. This is one of the best short pilates videos I've found, will definitely be doing this again.

As a total beginner I did the modified moves and found it a fantastic workout-- and what a warm and accessible attitude! I love that she gives a simple variety of ways to do the movements so you can go from total beginner to very advanced. I hope I'll be doing this workout long enough to get to advanced!

I absolutely loved this session. I would have liked another 5-10 minutes but I am drenched after just 15 minutes. Thank you for the concentration on upper and lower body and core in such a condensed time. And I appreciate that these were different exercises than what I have typically experienced in pilates workouts.

i came across to this channel a month before... at first i used to take breaks with all the shaking in my legs but while doing these for about a month now i can feel the changes. i have become more stable while doing these, the strength build up is awesome and more importantly i enjoy doing the pilates..

I decided 1 year ago that I wanted to become healthier - while maintaining my mental health. I chose this as my go-to workout cause its efficient to the body and gentle to the mind🧘♀️ I aimed to do this vid every day (probably landed on doing it 4-5 times/week) while affirming to myself that I'm healthy (aka slowly changing my identity to someone that's healthy). It definitely changed my mindset around my lifestyle choices. I also feel and look healthier which is amazing🥹 Anyways, my point is to do exercise your mind likes as well while also doing the inner work! Then you'll see results 🦋

i've been doing this with another pilates video that's around five minutes for a little over a week, and oh my god i can feel my core strength growing. i've always had problems with my core, i felt like no matter what i did it remained weak. but i find myself building really good endurance. in addition, this is challenging yet doesn't give my body any type of soreness. it makes me feel better. because i've only been doing this for a short period of time, i'm not focused on results. instead, i'm focused on the fact that i can work out better than i ever had before without feeling like i was dying. i really feel like i'm benefiting a lot from this. ❤

I have to split it into 2 workouts because the tipped over part fatigues & cramps my hip flexors. I stop after one side and pick up with the other side later in the day. Hoping to get to where I can do the full thing in a sitting! Great workout, I feel it all day every time I do it
