LOVE this workout. It's a nice balance between hiit and strength workouts. AND love the fact that its repeated once so that you can target those muscles and improve on your form💛

I have been using this workout occasionally the last couple of months. This is the first time it felt pretty easy, maybe because I did Heather's most recent leg workouts with much havier weights. I like the courtsy lunge with a kick here. Will still do it.

What a sweatfest! I did alternating lunges without the jump, and did lying leg lifts as well. A great quick HIIT that made me drip so much sweat!

Thank you for this. I'm glad we can see you struggle a bit too. It discourages me when instructors make it look so easy. One suggestion: if the countdown numbers could be a different, more contrast colour to the background, I would find that really helpful. Thanks!

Thank you Heather! This was a very good workout. I did the workout twice and used two tens for some exercises and one twenty for others. My legs are jello! I love all of your lower body videos. Would be thrilled with more resistance videos for specific muscle groups for upper body muscle building. (Shoulders), (back), (bis and tris)!

Hi Heather another amazing workout ... would you ever consider doing a couple seated workout video for those healing from injuries? Foot injury does allow for many of these moves. many of my friends luv your workouts BUT find them to advanced would luv easier versions too Thanks

I loved this one. I combined it w th e killer strength workout Bc I felt I needed more legs this was perfect. HR 161. 7 moves done twice.
