One of my most popular and highly requested sequences because IT ACTUALLY WORKS.
Make sure you aim to work this into your weekly stretch sessions 2 -3 times per week and you will be amazed at the results. Of course if pain and tightness persists, it's worth looking into other potential causes - having a holistic approach (like the Vertue method) can help to ensure that you're hitting every type of training modality.

Shona- thank you for incorporating movement that alleviates nerve issues. I consistently find relief when I do your videos I just can’t seem to obtain elsewhere.

7:04 my quads/tops of feet are soooo tight that my knee lifts even sitting upright. Is it ok to lean forward instead of back to start. That’s the only way I can keep my hips square and knee on the ground. Or, should I try another exercise during this part of the sequence? Trying to do this sequence every other day for 4 weeks! Thank you! ❤

100% ok to lean forward instead of back. We want to keep the knee on the ground. I PROMISE it will improve over time.

I discovered you yesterday👏🙌🙏😃🙋‍♀️💥💖was giving myself one more trial of my selfhelp resourses for a needed hip traction and it worked wonders perfectly well. I did'nt have a block but a small 1 step stool did great and you are included in my routines. Thank you very much!
