I've been doing your mobility work & yoga for the last three weeks and far out it's helped so much. After spending a lot of time lifting weights and neglecting stretching/mobility, everything was so tight. It's been cool learning anatomy and physiology at uni and hearing you mention a lot of the terminology, your content has been like an extra learning resource in a lot of ways. Thank you!

I am really thankful for your videos! I've always tend to panic when a stretching movement felt tight and unpleasant, but listening to you made me realize/internalize how important breathing is. I do still forget it from time to time, but it comes back more natural and I now find myself enjoying a good breathing through a tension, it's a very weird, but satisfying experience! Thank you very much, Shona!

my kind of yoga, honestly some yoga videos are just too slow! i like this as i can go through the poses without feeling bored, yet feeling the relaxation with every breath..and Shona youve got good energy, clear intructions and funny too.. ❤ guys if you want to do yoga for beginners, watch 30days beginner challenge of kinoyoga.. Shona is best in short yet energizing yoga, very straight forward videos with great effect to the body.

Really enjoyed this tonight! Thank you Shona. Can you do one specifically for tight neck, back and shoulders. I sit at a desk all day and get really bad shoulder and neck pain which really affects my training. It would be great if you could let me know some moves I could do or if you could do a video ❤️

i love your channel! i find myself having to slow the speed of it though! which is why the tool is there! so next time someone says "SLOW DOWN!" you can always adjust the speed folx!!!!!

Thanks Shona! I have been practicing 2-3 times a week now for around 1yr and feel the benefits for doing it. My weak areas are hamstrings, butt and back (too much time driving and sat at a desk - the usual, right!). Could you post a specific yoga workout/sequence to really target these areas and improve strength and mobility when practiced consistently? Much love, Matt x

OH man. It seems I'm the only one that finds this super fast. Beginner here but WOAH - lovely poses, felt great, but by mid way you were flying through and I wasn't in the last pose before you were already moving on. Amazing practice, but i'm too noob, clearly!!

Hey there, can you create a video specifically for lower back pain, I'm told that hip exercises are good for that but wondered if you could customize it more, and minus downward dog type exercises. I tend to get headaches from positions that have all the blood rushing to my head.

Hii. I have a problem. My right hip is more flexible than left. I don;t know i have some pain in my left hip when i push it and what i do? Because of this i can't do a middle split. Can i do it?
