@@midasmvmt yo! I appreciate the response. I broke my hand (not bad), almost exactly 3 months ago. It was a blessing in disguise: I’d been warming up with sprint drills, agility ladder drills, and short/ 10 min ballet (usually legs). Wow! Ballet is really incredible for muscle control! (I was only restricted from heavy weight lifting, for a month. But ballet is so good that I just took the entire healing time of 3 months to focus only on ballet) And ironically, today is the day I’m planning to get back to some MIDAS MVMT training (legs today!!) So anyway, good timing on replying! AND… I just wanna let you know how much I appreciate your programs. I went hard for about 6 months (before I broke my hand), putting together 60-90 min programs, piecing together your training vids. Unfortunately, I can’t find the notebook I was using to track. But it was deep! I’m super excited to get back rockin your programs again!! So dope! Thanks again!!

Hey, I have a question. When I do this workout I don’t really feel it in my chest as I feel it more in my arms and shoulders which makes me think I’m doing it wrong somehow. Do you have any tips to help me feel it more in my chest rather than my arms?

Make sure your squeezing/flexing you chest on every rep. If your not familiar with the feeling of it when you extend try to have your shoulder blades be as far apart as they can when you extend your arms. If it’s not the form your chest may be stronger than your triceps/shoulders so you might want to do some excel uses that isolate those muscles. I’ve been doing the other 15 min workouts for those body parts and it seems to be helping me out a lot

When you do your flys keep your arms fixed in a circular shape. Think of it like hugging a tree. This will cause you to squeeze your chest more and get activation in that area

The only exercise when I feel my chest drastically are the kneeling chest fly and decline floor press......rest of them I feel it on my shoulders alot of times

just what I needed!!! have a question: i already do 2-3 times a week your other 15 minutes chest workout that you posted like 2 months ago and in that i use 23lbs dumbbells. Now i think I can do this one with 23lbs too but in some exercise like side floor fly and kneeling chest fly i don't think I can do the repetition in a proper form. Do you think using 18-19lbs dumbbells for just two exercise that i can't do in a proper form it'll still build muscle? (last thing, I have two adjustable dumbbells up to 66lbs, the problem is that between one set and the other I can't change the weight in time so I have to start with 22lbs or 18lbs) what do you suggest? Thank you for your workouts, you are changing so many people lives and I can't be more grateful! 💪🏼💪🏼

Hey man! You can definitely start at 18lbs and use it all through as you work your way up. You want the weakest exercise to dictate your strength level so the flys in this case. As you get stronger doing the Flys, you increase the weight for the entire routine progressively.

You need to train your legs at least once a week (2 is better for growth). Training legs and push/pull in one day is fine but don't do it every week or you could end up overtraining. If anything. Go Push, Pull,off,Push,Pull,Legs,off

Not sure if anyone will see this, but I am almost 1 month into my first time weight training (tl;dr doing bodyrecomp to address skinny-fat). I feel like this chest exercise seems to be "felt" more in my arms than anywhere else. I assume it's some issue with my form, or is that somewhat normal? Granted I have a very very small flat chest, but I assume I should feel some sort of soreness there at some point?
