20/7/22 done 👍🏾 after lots of practice. In the lunge combo, I got confused when to lunge fwd/back and med ball passes. Got it 👍🏾. Thanks Marsha for taking time to create an awesome video

Happy New Year Marsha! Wow, what a way to start the year! I am Bread-less yes I sweat all the bread I ate last night! looks easy but is a quite challenging good thing is we have the whole week to master it!

This is one of my new favorite videos. I got my husband to do it this past weekend with me! I'm always trying to get him to include squats in his strength training which he won't do...but he did plenty during the video 😁. Day 2 of sore glutes & legs for him!

Nice video this, the medicine ball is a great way to work out because it's not your normal workout everyday routine, the exercises you do with both the dead ball and the wall ball is a lot of fun I give my students a variety of exercises to get them in top shape, many of them have lost the pounds and have really toned up.

Great exercises.The ball actually slowed me down. I got a 13 pounds med ball. Unfortunately, that is the minimum weight I got to purchase. It was very hard for me to perform the moves properly since the ball itself is little heavy for a beginner. During Side lunge to curtsy lunge, I put my leg on the ground in place of keeping it on air at the time of transition. During Burpee combo, I did the Plank jacks without the ball but while jumping used it. Please advise if it is fine to start with. If yes, how long is it fine to do the scaled down versions?

Is that an Amazon basics medicine ball and is 8lb good for most exercises? Medicine balls seem hard to find right now but I think Amazon has in stock but I don't know much about what is considered good quality. Was thinking 10lb but worried it's a bit heavy for a beginner, I use 8 and 10 lbs. for free weight exercises already but wanting something easier to hold for different exercises.

Yes it is - if you're a beginner I would recommend a six pound ball. They are more challenging than you would think!

Weight loss is more complicated than simply the weight of your medicine ball. But in terms of fitness gains, always choose a ball that is challenging but still allows you to move with good form.

Of course you can. You just won't have much resistance.
