Need a quick 15 minute workout session at home to get your heart up while strengthening your muscles?
Join me for this at-home Pilates class is designed to help you build strong and flexible muscles that Pilates is so effective for and get your heart rate and energy up.
We’re using light hand weights (1-3 lbs) which is optional. If you don’t have hand weights but want to use props for weights, you can use equally weighted water bottles or food cans.
Let me know how you’re feeling after completing this workout.
