Today’s workout is 15 minute upper body!
Equipment needed:
- Yoga mat
- Small hand towel
- Pair of dumbbells (I used 5kg/ 11lbs)
In todays workout we have 2 rounds:
30 seconds of work
20 seconds of rest
1 minute round break
It’s also good to have a water bottle handy :)
