I love everything about this. I also love your statement "it's okay to stretch, but don't strain." Exactly. I have one that I use with my clients - "Train to be strong, not sore." These messages are so important. Thank you for all that you do.

Realized, in a panic, a third of the way through that this was NOT yin yoga. Stuck with it anyways and it might be one of the most transformational yoga videos I’ve seen. “It’s not about the deepness of the pose, but the deepness in your breath.” Game. Changer.

I loved, during the first triangle pose, when you said " don't fight it". I started laughing and then relaxed into the pose. ❤️🙏

I've been doing this video regularly off and on for years. My favorite part is how relaxed my legs feel when it's done. I tend to forget how much tension I have in my lower body.

I don't exercise much at all and I had stiff shoulders and back to a point I was getting headaches. I tried this exercise, my whole back and chest hurt for two days but the headaches were gone. I repeated the exercise two more times and all the pain is gone! Thank you!!!! :D

I felt I could adapt this to where I am, physically. The instructions are clear and calm, and even made me laugh a few times.

my Favorite part of the routine was the stretch in the goddess pose. In my yoga class we do a different variation but I found myself enjoying this one much more. thanks :)!

The down dog ankle reach part was pretty interesting. It’s always nice having the video to clear up any questions that may come up during the stretches. Maybe it’s just a Monday, but already its better after yoga. Have a great day!

I feel like a broken record, but it’s true - I always find just the right Sarah Beth Yoga videos for exactly what I need in that moment. This is another new favorite! And I LOVE the ending quote - Stretch, but don’t strain, and relax into place. Familiar words from Sarah Beth but I love how she suggests applying that mentality to life off the mat. Thank you, Sarah Beth!!

I have been doing hip opening yoga for a while now, and today I was able to do a flat footed squat, I am so proud of myself. The pigeon, frog, and fire logs have been so helpful! Thank you 😁
