Realized, in a panic, a third of the way through that this was NOT yin yoga. Stuck with it anyways and it might be one of the most transformational yoga videos I’ve seen. “It’s not about the deepness of the pose, but the deepness in your breath.” Game. Changer.

I don't exercise much at all and I had stiff shoulders and back to a point I was getting headaches. I tried this exercise, my whole back and chest hurt for two days but the headaches were gone. I repeated the exercise two more times and all the pain is gone! Thank you!!!! :D

I feel like a broken record, but it’s true - I always find just the right Sarah Beth Yoga videos for exactly what I need in that moment. This is another new favorite! Great stretches after working a weekend of dish washing for work! My back has been killing me and this finally helped give me some relief!
