I’ve been researching female coverts for two years now and this video by far has given me more confirmation, which is the basis of my research, than any other video. I’m married to a covert. For 20 years I’d been trying to figure out wtf her problem was. It got to the point to where I almost took my own life because I couldn’t deal/manage the constant madness. Learning about this, bpd, and other mental disorders almost makes me want to go back to school to become a professional in the field of psychology. All of this is interesting, scary, and sad. Yeah. It's not uncommon to have suicidal thoughts when you are in close contact with someone like this. Prayerfully you got away from this person, because this person rarely choose to change. Because they refuse to acknowledge that they have issues, and they try to act as if everyone and everything else is the problem. It's sad that they don't realize that they are only hurting themselves. By letting this pride and arrogance have rule over them.

Mine has high blood pressure, pain in her body and mind. Never satisfied! Enough stuff for ten or fifteen women. I bought her three thousand dollars worth of jewelry at on time. I paid for her mother's medical bills. Her family always needed money for some fake crap. Then, I caught her at three in the morning, telling some guy that I only bought her jewelry "one time." Who are you talking to? "My cousin." That was it, no reconciliation for this fifty year old trick. This video is top secret information. Praise God for your work.

My cousin is married to a female narcissist. He runs a company full time. She decided she wanted to quit her 9-to-5 and run a company too. She bought into a franchise and did not much of anything for a few months. Then my cousin got pissed off at the lack of progress, so she had someone build a website for her. My cousin has ended up doing pretty much everything else for her or talking her through it step by step like a child. She went back to work part time, as they couldn't afford to live on just one salary. So now he runs his company full time and has ended up doing a bunch of work for her company in the little free time he has. She also demanded he buy her two puppies, which he has to walk most days (since she went back to working). She has openly bragged behind his back about finding a wealthier guy and then leaving with half his stuff if she gets tired of him. She is an evil parasite. I'm so tempted to secretly film the sh*t she says about him when he is out of the room and play it back to him!

That's not a good situation. At all. From what you described she does indeed sound like a parasite. Your cousin is practically pulling double shifts to offset his partner's incompetence and laziness (walking her dogs.) That's not good for their health and can lead to burn out, etc. She basically said she's in it for the money so he is bending over backwards for someone who doesn't even care about him. My former friend was like this. It is very weird to be friends with another woman like this as a woman. As I often got comments where she would elevate her behavior as being feminine(I completely disagree, if anything I think this is fabricated femininity not true femininity) and my behavior as being masculine to excuse her neediness, immaturity and emotional instability. She was constantly insecure and for the first few years of our friendship we fed off each other's obvious dysfunction. I was the scapegoated child of a narcissist mother and step-father. So I was codependent among other things. When I finally went to therapy and began to improve. That's when our friendship started to deteriorate. I started noticing her accusations of abandonment only occurred when I was doing well. When I was moving forward. She would demand more energy and time when I was trying to improve on myself or was improving. I'm glad these videos are coming out. They are very helpful. Thank you for the work you do. Even if this video seemed geared to romantic relationships much of this holds true for any relationship type.

But I would gaslight myself and say I just imagined it, that she just does that, that it was just her face. I mean don't give her power by saying you will NEVER recover. Keeping that mindset will only keep you as the victim unnecessarily. The Lord is allowing you to see this information as away to educate you on individuals like this. So, you can learn how to get and stay out of a toxic situation like this if you are in it. And to recognize when someone like this is trying to get close to you in the future. No one should ever have that type of control, power, and authority over you. If you can see if you can work with a debt consolidating counselor to get some of that stuff erased from your credit or what have you. And seek healing/counseling, so you can be delivered from childhood trauma or any trauma that you have experienced in life. Learning how to have a deep, whole, intimate, and complete relationship with God and self is key to getting and staying out of these type of relationships. The lack of love we have for ourselves is what tend to get us into these type of relationships, as well as being raised by an individual or individuals that was narcissistic themselves. You end up being codependent or narcissistic yourself when you are raised by someone like this. I pray your strength, peace, deliverance, and healing from the Lord in the mighty name of Jesus. God love and cares for you. The path to a better life is yours. You are the only one that have to refuse to accept less. No one or nothing else have control over your fate. I have always wondered about this. I knew someone that described their own childhood in pretty horrific terms. A lot of her accounts really didn't add up because in many ways she had warm recollections of the individual members of her family but when she would describe family dynamics it was overwhelmingly dysfunctional. My own family of origin wasn't without some dysfunction but for the most part my childhood was a positive experience. I did not start to have emotional issues until attending public school and most of those issues were simply in terms of fitting in. I always assumed that these were just " normal growing pains ". Part of growing into adulthood. She always seemed to think of things in black and white and absolute terms. No nuance no depth of understanding.

If your parent is 'only' narcissistic and not NPD or ASPD -- please don't think somehow you weren't just as potentially damaged. Maybe the narcissist didn't financially abuse or cheat or act 'out of control' or 'crazy' like a malignant narcissist - that doesn't make them less dangerous. If the pressure cooker of your home life helped produce a narcissistic or psychotic sibling and YOU are a mess - whatever happened was abuse enough. If you have a well-spring of rage -- there is most likely a good reason. Chronic invalidation IS spiritual rape. What could be more abusive than making someone feel Less Than and disempowered their entire life?

It was good to hear these expressed in examples without being overrun by personal examples/experiences. So many KZbin presenters get bogged down in way too many examples and too much detail about personal examples so this was a much better, more succinct view. It's interesting to see female narcissists exposed more and more not just Nmothers. I would love to see more on how female narcissists impact their friends ands and coworkers. There seem to be a LOT of videos about Npartners but very few about workplace/friendship implications. The part where you mentioned about them quickly disturbing routines was particularly interesting. One particular female narc I knew (and there have been MANY!) seemed at first to be so helpless and needy yet slowly took over the time of so many people, insinuating herself into their lives. You didn't notice at first but slowly she seemed to be the central thing in one person's life after the other and each would spend amazing amounts of time doing things for her/looking after her problems and needs, down to even the most babyish of things. All whilst she was quietly going around tearing their lives down while they were rubbing her feet and paying her bills. Recently I hear she has left her husband and kicked her mother out (she lived with her mother her entire life up to 45) and moved her bf in. Mother and husband are still paying the mortgage on the house she kicked them out of, adult children and boyfriend paying her rent to live there) and she is cheating on the guy she lives with and still on hookup sites as well. How on Earth do people get all these things whilst being such detestable vindictive soul destroying people???

Kitty Kat at least you gained the knowledge and have a chance to process your anger. i am in the stage of rethinking everything that was ever told to me by my narc parent and psychotic sibling - i had no idea i was an unwitting flying monkey for these people - that was the anger i had to deal with - along with the slow boil my life has been since conception. Covert Narcissistic abuse is like the story of the frog that was put into cold water and the heat was slowly turned up til it cooked. She'll tell you you're "definitely allowed" to not accept plans or cancel but anytime you do, the passive aggression is back. Or she shows such dissapointment as to guilt you into doing what she wants. She'll act as though nothing is wrong when she's around you but she'll tell all mutual friends how horrible you are (usually over something stupid or something they blew out of proportion/took offence to because she thinks so highly of herself she can't handle not being viewed as perfection) or simply paint you in a bad light with mutuals because she needs to feel comradery in one of the only ways she can: by shitting on others and painting herself as the victim, always.

This resonates with me. Narcissists often disrupt our sleeping patterns, leaving us exhausted and debilitated. And, yes, they are saboteurs who speak negatively about us behind our backs even when we are doing everything they say they want us to. You can't win.

i had same issuse with female narcissist x gf where she interuppted time n time again my sleep patterns. .... wen i informed o needed to sleep she woud keep me up late at night just to interupt my sleep patterns so that i can over sleep the next day for work. . n she did this every day for the work week n i use to oversleep the next day for work or come late in.. reading more on coverd narcissism i believe she was deliberately wanting narcissistic supply to get a kick out of it to interupt my sleep patterns. it was all a ploy on her selfish end to feel better about self knowing she can control me subtly this way btw i did speak to her when i told her i came late for work n i how affecting my work ... she ignored the subject n got upset... n she just did again but in a different sneaky way to interrupt my sleep pattern even though i had to get up very early next day. kindly note but if did the same thing she woud gotten upset n would call me inconsiderate

I've noticed they have all these ridiculous "rules", too. I remember my ex couldn't eat if we were out at a fast food place or restaurant if any employee was sweeping anywhere in the room; she would get offended. WTH? They're just doing their job. She had everybody fooled she was a divine queen, but in reality she was a conniving selfish brat with so many psych issues I still can't count that high, and I'm an experienced counselor. Beware angels hiding malice and second personalities.

I hope this message finds you or anyone willing to respond: I was in a situationship for about a year with a narcissist. I walked. But I did the stupid thing of telling her new supply, and a few mutual friends, that I needed to cut them off because this is how they were treating me. While I don't feel guilty about what I said because I had suppressed it for so long, I feel enormous guilt by action. In the end, it made me self conscious and depressed that I was the narcissist because my action came off as narcissistic (especially after the new supply told me that my "woe is me" attitude was childlike and abhorrent). Thankfully, I cut off those people and went no contact. My only assurance is that she has left a wave of destruction with past lovers (they all left her). Yet I still feel the weight of the guilt. What should I do?

All of them are so true mine would ignore me for weeks at a time or when I bring up anything bad that she had done to me she would get so angry at me as if I had done the things to her for 19 years she had never once addressed any of her negative behaviors or never kept a single promise you would almost have to go out of your way not to accidentally keep one of the hundreds of promises made but some how she was able not to keep a single one .I had been discarded months ago after suffering from depression I had isolated myself from everyone had a hard time just leaving the house what seem as the lowest point of my life and that's when I was discarded and it was done in the cruelest way but what's so weird is still today I will start to wonder if it was my fault even questioning was I the narcissist is there something iam not seeing because everyone loves her I think maybe I was the problem that's why I still watch these videos it's still hard to believe how cold and ruthless she was one time in all the years together I seen the real her because she would always try to hold on to her image but once we were arguing and I told her she has no shame and it was like the world stopped and she told me in a voice I didn't recognize you don't know what iam capable of I know what I can do. She didn't even look like the same person for those few seconds then she started ignoring me.being ignored is the worst for me she'd go buy food for dinner for everyone but me act like I wasn't even there what's weird is when she was upset with me some how everyone else would be to

When I confronted her on the affair with overwhelming evidence she told me. He travels the world, He has powerful friends, He has great contacts. I want to travel the world. No apologies and no remorse. It was un fixable and I had to divorce. When she got served with the divorce papers her first reaction was: "UGH, NOW I HAVE TO WORK". Her AP soon dumped her and found guilty on several counts fraud about a year later. AWWW, MY POOR EX-NARC WIFE. She has it so tough.

Even smiling as she FaceTime me to tell me she’s sleeping with someone else while she’s pregnant with supposedly my child and this new guy she was going to get him to sign the birth certificate of my son. Yeah. This is my mother, this is NOT only applicable to romantic partners or so call friends. Oftentimes many of us come from a narcissistic mother or father. I have discovered that there is countless of mother's like this. And you have to do everything in your power to disassociate yourself from that person. There have been countless of movies made about mother's like this, and the damage that they have inflicted on their children. Judith Light and the late Elizabeth Montgomery have played in a movie like this. Educate yourself on this as much as possible, and get away from them with everything in you. Yes. It's sad and hurtful that you don't have the love and support from them that you would like. But you have to accept the situation for what it is, and choose to protect yourself as much as possible.
