Property prices increase as an area develops. BGC is already fully developed. So the prices are at the highest they will ever be. It will start coming down as buildings become depreciated. There will be more 3M condos in BGC in the years to come

That's not how property prices work. The more scarce a resource the more expensive the resource. If BGC is fully developed that means the existing homes there will continue rising in price as long as the area remains a desirable location. The city of Hong Kong is an example of what happens when there's a limitation on homes yet the area remains desirable. Housing prices just increase to astronomical levels.

Don't you like security? Amenities like big swimming pool, gym, a playpen for kids? People pay monthly club memberships for those but here it's part of the maintenance fee.

I live in the SF Bay Area and I was shocked at how CHEAP they are LOL. It's all relative. I had to smell some sharpies to wake up after fainting over the low prices 🙂 Especially in a highly desirable area. Probably cost over a million USD in San Francisco. Not kidding.

Condos are quite expensive, specially in Manila. If you want a decent one they're almost European prices. I remember stumbling upon a promoter of new Ayala condominiums in Greenbelt mal and he showed me the pilot condo they had over there, it was nice but it was overpriced for what it was.

I stayed in a room in the same building as condo #10 (infinity) and #15 (1 uptown). The best part about 10 was its location! I liked how it was conveniently located near the parks and market market. 1 uptown was VERY nice but I disliked how far I had to walk to get anywhere. I hated uptown mall (everything is over-priced) and everyone is judgmental until they hear your foreign accent
