At a Party: 1) think about your body and stay relaxed 2)think everybody you meet is an old friend 3) think "I've git to be here just for 5 minutes" When on a date: think "I'm beautiful, someone loves me, I have a secret" 2) visualize whan can go right 3) Best daters are those who can ask great questions Public speaking (specially in another language): 1)record yourself speaking and hear to it 2)get the body realxed and prepared 3)See the audience as old friends Job audition trips: 1) think of how you can help the other find/understand what they're looking for 2)breathing in your back 3) imagine a lovely smell: say "so, 3 thing:..." (so you order and structure) Phone talk: 1) visualize the person you're speaking to 2)press the words your saying 3) stand up (to have more powerful voice and have confidence)

We couldn't get enough so we've also watched Caroline's TedTalk. Caroline - I am really happy that I've discovered you, you're truly inspiring. Lucy - you are an amazing interviewer! I have to say, that many aspiring journalists could probably learn a lot from you :) All the best for both of you!

I stumbled upon this video, Lucy and I am so glad I did. While all the tips are amazing, I am very happy to see that there is one included that I make sure my IELTS students learn as well. It is to explain a long answer in order, 1, 2, 3. It has helped all of my IELTS students until now and this is an excellent tip to avoid giving jumbled answers, appearing under confident.
