All humans make Vitamin D with enough Sun exposure. The problem is that we are either indoors too much, or live too far North to get enough sunshine!

You're absolutely right! Our bodies naturally produce vitamin D when exposed to sunlight, but with modern lifestyles-spending more time indoors or living in areas with less sunlight, especially during winter-many people struggle to get enough. That's why supplementing with vitamin D or incorporating foods rich in vitamin D (like fatty fish, fortified foods, or egg yolks) can be really important for maintaining healthy levels! 🌞

Vitamin D deficiency has bad consequences.
@justforyou-KHАй бұрын
Absolutely! Vitamin D deficiency can lead to a range of health issues, including weakened bones, muscle weakness, a weakened immune system, and even mood disorders like depression. It's crucial for bone health, calcium absorption, and overall immune function. Getting enough sunlight, consuming vitamin D-rich foods, or taking supplements (if needed) are good ways to maintain healthy levels.
