Hence why an ISTP and an ENFJ still get along, even if they despise each other. Nobody on our team knew about our dislike for each other because I (the ENFJ) made a point to try to get along with her and be friends. I bought her muddy buddies from the vending machine and genuinely tried to find things I like about her! Other than constantly telling me how much of a slacker I am (she's right to an extent; she has skills I don't have and I could benefit from learning from her) and correcting my technique without improving her own, 😡she just stayed quiet until complaining to my best friend about me a while back. Personally, I still want to try to be friends because we could be good for each other. She could help my executive functioning and motivation, while I could help her to stop being so freezing cold to almost everyone and everything! I genuinely do admire and appreciate lots of things about her, we're just polar opposites...

It's not that the INFP isn't over their ex. They could be over their ex but still have a lot of feelings when remembering them. As an INFP I know this. Why do I still talk about my ex in such a way like I still have feeling for that person, they ask. So I try NOT to talk about my ex lest people get the wrong idea. . Yeah, I loved the guy, and it hurt when we had to break up. And he then had the audacity to be the one found depressed and to have been in a rebound relationship "because of me." . Idk but I think my ex was an ENFP. He was plenty emotional, and a kid. But he was really outgoing, too. I'm not sure he knew enough about boundaries.

INTJ’s are usually very quiet about their private matters and relationships. They can be seen very irritated if you keep poking into their matters that they do not like to share or talk about. For INTJ’s if they want to share something then they would do so themselves(if they’re comfortable enough with you) so no need to be so nosy. (Just a little fun fact if you’re ever friend with one or knows one)

@@riski9491 infp’s usually tries to ignore subjects that hits where it’s more sensitive to talk about to them, and it’s quite often so because they feel rather displease with the fact that people who they don’t acknowledge are trying to pry into their life. So they’d rather keep those problems to themselves and suffer through it alone without trying to let anyone else know about it, but eventually will share because they’ll be in desperate to find someone who’s able to understand what they’re going through.

Honestly, I was part of the problem, too. sometimes i can express my feelings well. but sometimes I just bottle it all up and then later kinda explode. and get upset that he could not read my mind. This is true. We don't use the same cognitive functions at all, yet for outside world we seem pretty look alike because of strong rational thinking and quirkiness. We often share very similar sense of humor and opinions as well. However in relationship it can be pretty difficult because INTJs love to discuss and ISTPs don't. Also, ISTP's inferior Fe is hard task if INTJ is not really familiar with their own Fi - it helps them to understand and even open up ISTPs, otherwise INTJ would have too much to process over time. Yes I know because I have dated ISTP 😉 still, we are making really good friends, because we are like: you hate people? I hate them too, finally someone who gets me!

My mom is an ENTP and she has said things like "I don't care if he's living with someone else, he's mine anyway and I can get him back whenever I want to" (which she did... just to dump him afterwards because he wasn't too much of a challenge). As an ENFJ, I've noticed I am MUCH more inclined to get jealous than my INFJ... Partner? We'll call it partner I guess... INFJ: "So, how's *insert male friend*?" Me: "Oh! He's doing really well! There's this and this and this and his mom just had a baby and blah blah blah blah blah! I love you baby..." The other way around doesn't always look pretty. I'm much better about it though. "I need to be able to date other people, but I like holding you and I love you." Contrary to what you may believe, our relationship is fairly healthy. It's not exactly perfect because when we started out we were both in bad places and now I'm out of mine, but we work pretty well. It's just the lack of clarity that I dislike. I can be a pretty all or nothing kind of person...

But you should know that INFJs are pretty tuned in to knowing when its "the one". So you will know if he/she is serious or not. Don't waste your time with somebody who won't stick by you through everything. HOWEVER, if they are the ride or die type, dont let 'em go.
