Please warm up first for 5 minutes prior to starting this workout. I created this workout for those of you who would want to get in a quick, effective workout OR add this on to another workout. If you're adding it on, you are already warmed up and ready to do this one. Finish with a proper 5 minute cool-down to get your heart rate back down and then please take some time to stretch. This is a total of 1600 steps and as always is low impact. Let's get in a fat burning working before the holidays hit!
