Really appreciate having another knee-friendly option in the rotation! I’m 22 mos postpartum and still working through the monthly workout calendars, subbing in advanced moves where I can (although often the “regular” ones are still plenty challenging!!). Thank you for these workouts!

Even the ones marked "easy" become a challenge when adding in ankle weights 😅 If you are open for suggestions, I have a resistance band which has gone unused for years - I'd really love a workout demonstrating how I can put it to good use! ❤

Thank you for these videos! Is there a new challenge starting soon? I think I'm ready and would love it! Especially if it had a printable sheet like the monthly ones you send out. I love putting it by where i I get eeasy so I see it often. The visual reminder is great and being able to physically cross somehing off is so satisfyin.

How do we gauge how many calories burned? (Sorry if that’s a silly question) I’m not necessarily tracking calories, my app wants it imported and I’m trying to track my macros! 4months pp after twins with a 2-3 finger DR gap!

How many calories you burn will depend on your metabolic rate, weight and muscle to fat ratio, effort among many other factors. For an estimate you can google "how many calories does an 18 minute moderate cardio workout burn for XX weight" . Sorry, I wish I could give a more accurate number!

You will want to wait until after you have clearance for low impact postpartum exercises which is usually 4 to 6 weeks after a vaginal birth or 6 to 8 weeks after a C-section birth. 💞
