I’m 10 days post partum and just wanted to say a big THANK YOU. I did your workouts diligently throughout pregnancy, from about 26 weeks. My first labour was 22 hours with epidural and this time around it was only 3.5 hours and unmedicated! I’m so proud of myself! I truly believe this positive birth was thanks to you - all your awesome workouts and very importantly your positive affirmations ❤️

Very happy for you! Quite inspiring. Curious did you go to a hospital or it ended up being a home birth due to shorter labor?

@@ZebaNaqvi I did go to the hospital but I honestly almost barely made it! We reached hospital at 3am and at 3.30am I was fully dilated and starting to feel the urge to push.

@@renlylim5674 that's great. So no chance to beg for epidural. My first was also almost 20 hours long labor and due to exhaustion and hearing other women's screams, I gave into the suggestion of epidural by the staff though I was progressing so well. After epidural it slowed down. I'll try these workouts.

Nearly 35 weeks pregnant and I was looking for a quick move my body type workout and this was perfect! I do 2 weight training days in the gym, your Pilates/yoga videos another day or 2, and then something like this if I know I won’t move a lot in the day. Thank you, you’re amazing!

Please do more walking workouts for pregnancy!!! And more intense workouts with dumbells that are pregnancy safe! 2nd trimester here and loving these! Especially a good 30 min one that is intense but not impossible!

I'm about to have my second baby and working out helped a lot but my remote PT isn't available anymore and my doctors culture doesn't encourage the gym so my new trainers are not comfortable doing it in the country I am in. This helps so much and I'll be using these postpartum too to recover for my career!
