1987 F150 Rear Fuel Tank Pump Replace, Why I Did Not Pull The Bed

I stopped using this rear tank on the 1987 F150 some 9 years ago. Fuel was being pumped to the front tank from it, just unacceptable. Rather than change out the fuel switching valve, I decided to not use the rear tank. Fast forward 9 years later and now I am having issues with front tank fuel pump. I decided it was time fix the fuel issues, and so it begins here with this rear tank and fuel pump. Link to TOOLS and PARTS I USE...
