The under-floor bin held the bottle jack and jacking tools to lower the spare tire. The jacking tools are a set of three metal bars that hook together to slide into the access hole in the rear bumper. It fits into the spare tire winch and you spin it to lower the spare wheel. There is also a lug wrench. Some people relocate these things to the driver's side bin in the cargo area.

Oh man thank you. I should see if I have a bottle jack somewhere. LOL

@@junbox618 If you need them, you can pick up a bottle jack at Harbor Freight and an online Doorman equivalent tool set that comes in a bag. $30 or so for each.

Just wanted to know how to use the strap. It will also prevent damage from the seat crashing down on anything you are hauling in the back. I wonder why my is so long? I didn't know it hooks there and thought it may wrap around the chair and hook somewhere? This looks quite simple. I don't know why they gave more strap in my 2004. It is really long. My 2004 has the storage compartment on the passenger side. It has the jack and lug wrench. It is smaller than yours and you could not put much of anything in it for lack of space with the tools that are already there. What year is yours?

Please tell me where you got the wheels or how you got them to fit. Hace constantly been told they would not fit. Thaks!

They're pretty common 20inch 4 Runner wheels on FB Marketplace. They usually sell for around $800 with tires in my area. I got a front wheel alignment and had the caster pushed forward as much as possible to clear the mudflaps. Without mudflaps the stock alignment would be fine.

yo! i just got an 04 sequoia sr5, love the car and it ride awesome. i've been trying to fold the 3rd seat up in a 90 degree angle to get more trunk space but couldn't. i managed to fold the seat down then flip it up, but isn't it supposed to be at a 90 degree angle? can you make a video about handling the 3rd row? this is my first ever car with a third row seat. thanks in advance.
@junbox618 Жыл бұрын
You have to yank the 3rd row out for extra trunk space it won't go up 90! Maybe I'll make a video pulling it out

Know when you lift that smaller middle row seat up that little box is supposed to have the jack for the spare tire to change that's what's supposed to be in that little box of course this is one year old I just noticed so I'm sure you figured that out sometime but thanks for the info on that seat because the guy who sold me his told me that he has problems with that seat I'm not sure if he ever used the back one in fact when I bought it he said it probably has an issue and it could be that he said it'll open but it's really hard to close or something but I'll have to scope the sound a little bit more but anyway I got a great deal on it so if I have to replace something on it and I'll be okay anyway

Oh that's a good idea. I keep a drill and some camping tools in the center compartment. Might move the stuff.
