I also agree! There are many but this is my fav ab/booty combo. Perfect sequencing of exercises for maximum effectiveness! Heather is the real deal!!😍🤩😍

Love your 20-30 minute workouts, I can always fit them in even when I’m busy or don’t feel like it ;) Would love to see more power yoga and barre w/weights !

Reminds me of the 1st work out I ever learned out of high school at what they called the “spa”, what we call the gym now.. kept my booty and legs in great shape! Most excellent W/O..

For the Booty part i added in a resistance band and wowza … i love this i will definitely be doing this twice a week to get my core stronger… thank you heather for all that you do!!!

So that's both parts of todays Calender done.The best part for me is all the variety.Yes there are some things I like more and some less but everyday is a different mix so just do it.Enjoy the the bits you like and grind the others.Thanks Heather!!!

Heather, I just have to tell you how I jumped for joy when I made it through the single leg bridges. I've been doing your leg day workouts at my gym, so I can up the dumbbell weight and it's paid off! This is the first time I made it through the bridges with ease. Thank you so much!!!

This was the perfect workout for me today. I am so happy I chose to do it! Added in some ankle weights and resistance band, which had my booty feeling it. Heather's form was impeccable as always. Thanks! :)

I have completed this workout numerous times and still love it. I didn't feel it, but my health app said I was "intensive" so it must be working. Thank you for all your hard work.

Having bad knee problem, this kind of moves on the floor Im able to join. Instead of squats etc. Thank you for doing all kind of programs. Such hi quality workouts to choose from ❤️

Felt amazing for my glutes! I didn't realize the abs section was a repeat, so I changed it up on the 2nd circuit to similarly different moves.

I love EVERY SINGLE WORKOUT you do. I only discovered you when covid started and you are the reason I kept working out through all of that. I have not even been back to my gym because your workouts give me so much variety I can do it every day even if I am short on time. You are beautiful and thank you for coming up with new workouts so often.
