I'm chronically ill, extremely fatigued and badly injured for around 6 months 😅 decided to try out the "easiest smoothest" exercises to keep my muscles from atrophying.

I'm glad that you're moving despite your challenges. That takes real strength! These gentle absolute beginner exercises can be a great way to maintain muscle without overdoing it. Consistency is key, a lot of my studio clients have seen good recovery results from moving as little as 15 minutes a day. Remember to listen to your body and stop if anything hurts. @@FlowWithMira I finally got it done today! My back and shoulders feel the most open after the exercise. I should probably repeat the moves and the set a few times to get a precise control so my muscles can get a dynamic flowing motion. And I should also remember to scoop the belly with every out breath. Thanks for checking in on me about this! ❤

Sadly, I will never be able to physically sit cross-legged like at the start of this video. The reason as to why is because I almost lost my legs trying to do that very pose 15 years ago. If you've ever eaten a full roasted chicken, you probably remember ripping the lower limbs to eat the wings. Imagine that same ripping done to human legs; that's what happened to me. Rushed to the hospital, a full year for healing every layer of my almost severed legs, and another six months of full rehab just to be able to walk and sit. Nowadays, I can walk fairly long distances on a daily basis and somewhat sit with no assistance. But my doctors told me that I should never do, for the rest of my life: jump, jog, run, cross my legs or feet, and spread my legs beyond my shoulders width. That includes never doing any sports or physical activity that involves the aforementioned actions above. So even yoga and Pilates are out of my league. Sorry for the long comment, but I wanted to clarify my story regarding this not so easy topic.
