I was waiting for a day with the time and energy to try this and I'm so glad today was the day! I really enjoyed some of the variations like the opening hip bridge sequence. My lower back is just a little tender right now so I was mindful not to push it, but this was a very warming and stabilising sequence for me today. Thanks!!

This was a great workout! I could really feel my abs and hips engaged and working throughout. I would be careful not to advertise this workout for beginners though. It may deter them from coming back to the mat as this was a fairly challenging workout.

I love your videos but surely double leg stretch is not a beginner exercise?

You are right, I follow BASI Pilates exercises by level. Double Leg Stretch is a BASI Pilates intermediate exercise. I sometimes add harder exercises in if I feel your body is warmed up for it.
