These are no joke - I'm intermediate advanced to advanced and I put some arm weights on while doing this and it was NOT EASY, even without the arm weights it's a challenge - so you've managed to create seated videos that get your heart up, are not easy, but that everyone can do - all levels - WOW!

Yes! That's exactly what I wanted to hear. There are so many people recovering from injuries who are advanced level exercisers and the seated chair workouts out there just don't cater for them!

Thank you Linda and Mini. This workout was short on time but definitely not on intensity. Harriet was watching Mini and decided Mini had the right idea to nap.

Haha, that's so cute that Harriet watches the tv. Mini has never been one for screens. My other cat, Yoda, chases mice on the tv!

These types of workouts are so important, whether it be Seniors or people with a disability. How kind of you to think about a segment of people very few instructors create workouts for. You are a true PRO, Linda!!!❤❤❤❤

I said this before!! my mom is a senior with a disability and because of my illlness my mobility has been shot to heck. i can't do a lot of linda's workouts as easily as i could before so these chair workouts are a godsend. I always get so happy when i see them and lot of different options too!!) i really hpe we continue to see a load of different chair exercises!

I decided to start making these because one of my customers on Ebay was telling me about her arthritis and how it stopped her being able to do most standing workouts. I had a look online and the seated workouts available didn't seem like they would really challenging enough. I thought to myself, if I had an injury or was a fit person and then wasn't able to stand during exercise anymore, I would still want an intense workout that was fun to do and worked up a bit of a sweat. So these chair workouts have modifications shown for people who can't use their legs or for those who can't go at my pace, but are also relevant for fitter people who want more of a challenge!

You are so right, all videos I have ever seen sitting down are not at all challenging and that's not really fair to those who want something other then VERY minimal movement. This is so needed for those people or someone healing from an injury. You filled a need and I am sure MANY will appreciate it. I have a couple of people I know personally who could really benefit from this and am sending the link to them!

Linda! You are incredible. I appreciate these chair workouts so much. Suffering from plantar fasciitis I can still move, have fun and not be in pain. I appreciate that time frames too. You are doing a great service. I'm going to get my mom going on these too. Thanks again for all you do ❤
