I did it Great recipe I replaced mapple syrup by dates syrup and coconut oil by ghee. What do you think about ghee replacing coconut oil?

@@oliviertreps2288 hello, I’m happy to know that you tried my recipe 🫶 and of course, thank you for sharing that you loved it. Ghee butter is made from cow milk butter, treated with low heat until the water evaporates, leaving milk solids behind. I’m specialized only on plant-based dairy-free ingredients and products. Ghee is not a plant-based ingredient (not vegan), and I simply never worked with it in my desserts. So, I’m sorry I do not have any experience with it. But I’m glad if it work for you in this cake 🫶

Absolutely incredible tasting🔥. But my cake with the same amount of ingredients came up the cream layer twice thinner then crast(((( doesn’t look nice and for the taste preference would be soooo much better so for next time I will double cream ingredients Thanks for the recipe Olga🧡🙏🏻🧡

Thank you for your feedback. I used 6 inches mold. I think you used 8 inches :) This why the cream created a thinner layer.

Please, try macadamia nuts in this recipe. Soak them 6-8 hours. The texture will be not so silky as with cashews but anyway very delicious and creamy.

Thank you))) All nuts are soaked, so all anti-nutrients are removed. Soaked nuts are very easy to digest, you will not feel boating or heaviness. And don't eat a whole cake, haha, If you cut it into 10 pieces, you will eat 30-35 grams of nuts, it's totally okay for your health.

Hi dear Gloria, I've never had an experience with Chicory Root powder into my desserts, so I am sorry but I have now idea about proportions for this cake. If you want to avoid coffee, use plant-based milk and 20-25 gr of carob powder. And you will get a caffein free carob cake :)

You can but dissolve it in the quantity of water mentioned in a recipe. So, the liquid should be the same in ml. Let me know please if I explained clearly 😃
