Hi Agnes. I had really bad diarrhea for 1 whole day, bloating and nonstop of stomach growling for the past three days. Decided to stop my cardio exercises/strenuous exercises. I do yoga too and was looking for a video to reduce my stomach bloating. To my amazement, without any medication, my diarrhea stopped in a day but the bloating reduced little by little after three days. Gas trapped reduced too. I felt so relieved after following you and glad that I have found you. Your videos are so soothing to my body,soul and mind. Thank you 🎉 Keep it up🤍❤️🌷

Weight loss happens 80% on diet (with calorie deficit) and 20% on exercise. Please read about it online. Exercise is only 20% that being said you have to be doing 2-3 days of cardio, strength workouts in combination of yoga & pilates. Losing weight in a right way takes months to years and not days with complete discipline and consistency. Also please check for your hormones and other functions of your body to see if all is working well. Good luck 🤞
