Juliana, your workouts are the only ones that give me real results 👌😅 Not only did I define my abs, I also built strength in my entire core; my back also got stronger thanks to you! ❤️ You bring up those moves that no one else has. Not only are your workouts more fun, they’re also more challenging and sooo effective. When I started my fitness journey, I felt like a 🐳 on the mat 🙈😂, but I got stronger every time I worked out with you and now I can finish even your more difficult classes and I am feeling so accomplished. 👌😄Your workouts really give results - on the outside AND on the inside! 🙏🏻 Thank you so much for all your awesome content! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I have a running injury in both of my ankles at the moment and am not able to do anything that puts weight or pressure on my ankles/feet BUT when I don't do some kind of movement practice for more than a few days I find my mental health suffers. lo and behold I stumble upon one of your core videos I haven't watched before and there's already a whole sequence with a built-in modified side plank!!!

Broke a finger and had to spend over a month without any workouts. First thing I did after getting an okay from a doctor was rushing to your channel and picking up right where I left off. My dormant muscles are feeling so much better already. Thank you!

I'm just doing your 28-day Pilates challenge and I'm loving it. I've never done Pilates on a daily before but with you, it's fun working out with you. Your workouts are not easy, I should say. Nobody beats Juliana at pilates and yoga ❤ I tried other workouts and other pilates instructors, I felt angry and dizzy after each session. I once almost fainted. After workouts with Jiliana, not only that I feel like a different person mentally, I see the results within 10 days. I've been following for years and, honestly, I haven't been regular with any workouts, but I always come back here and now I will never stop. You're truly a master. Thank you for posting these ❤

Indeed a core workout. It feels so amazing during this period of back pain I'm experiencing. 20 mins--what? It flies by I didn't even notice. Some movements also require your brain to work. Thanks for keeping it fresh. Your hard work is very helpful to all of us here. Thank you.

Juliana I love this new Pilates workout, I get easily bored doing the same exercises. You manage to always infuse something different that we havent had previously. Today those side planks put my glutes in to spasm!

I like that you broke into a smile at the end of each side plank variation, it improved my attitude about the burn lol. These moves are so unique. I’ll bet they help improve coordination too. Thank you :).

Hi Juliana and Mark, I'm a big fan of your videos and practice that made me love yoga. Could you please make some more videos for upper back/shoulders/neck, as I work from home and constantly have neck pain after days of typing. Recent MRI said I have protrusion in the neck. Such a beautiful workout. I work out since a while but I'm often skipping abs and core cause most workouts are too hard for me and that regrettably discourages me. But this one is literally perfect so thank you. Now I wont skip abs anymore😅💕

I’ve been really struggling with my tummy...even looking at it. As a past dancer my lower back is a weak point from years of “tucking under” and mis aligning my spine. I find a lot of core exercises put too much pressure on my lower back but your exercises were achievable (a few slight moderations for my lesser ability) and they felt strengthening not aggravating. Thank you 🙏🏼 you have helped my on my journey x bless you and yours x
