No repeat HIIT...what a treat for us today...always fun and interesting for us to do...but a lot of work for Caroline to plan! Then we will have cardio to do afterwards! Thank you Caroline! Have a great workout everyone and a lovely relaxing Sunday! I’m doing this early before it gets too hot! Really hot weather in UK this weekend! Matthew PS...an hour or so later...all done! What fantastic workouts! 50 minutes of no repeat! Just fantastic...but so much work for you Caroline in planning, organising etc. I really enjoyed doing the cardio after HIIT...keeps the heart rate up but I loved the change in intensity. It feels really good! All done in my garden, early in the morning where it is still quite cool! Have a lovely day, Caroline, and everyone! Hope you and your family, Caroline, enjoy the sunshine! Good Day Matthew... Here rainy day... I like to do HIIT on balcony as I sweat lot but today I have to do inside room and have to be more concisious... 50 workout 50 mins ... it's not easy to plan and execute.. Thanks Caroline for your time and effort... Have great workout Matthew..

Good morning Matthew! No-repeat HIIT is always a treat as you said... Caroline spends so much time planning it for us! I won't have time to do the cardio add-on but I do hope you enjoy it! Hopefully it doesn't get too hot where you are... here in the western U.S. we are coming out of a very severe heatwave. Have a great session and a lovely rest of your day!

I'm so glad this was no repeat, I don't think I could mentally get through this one knowing that there was the same exercise coming up! On a hot day this was pure sweat and the determination to make it to the end so I could be proud that I got through it all!! GL anyone who attempts this, my advice is you'll need a cool day to do this one!!

It doesn't matter as long as you got it done. Just dont let your heart rate slow down too much. The point of cardio and fat burning is to give your heart rate elevated.

@@marykunkle2721 Well you want it to stay within a safe range. If it is going crazy it is okay to stop and wait for it to slow. I'm prone to heart palpitations and dizziness so I have to take a whole minute sometimes to make sure I'm safe.

NO repeat hiits are my favorite. I have a mindset where I know I can go all out just 1x with 1 exercise and then do something else. Thanks Caroline. Great week of changing things up again. Best!!

As usual CG's HIIT killed me. I LOVE that her HIIT workouts are ACTUALLY HIIT workouts, so many on KZbin are just moderate cardio workouts.

Good morning Girvantors 💓. One of longest Sunday workout... No Repeat HIIT is one of my favourite ... I am started liking burpess, EMOM now a days like to do that as it's challenging myself... I just did it with the warm up 9 minutes (just the warm up was insane) and this was the most challenging hiit workout I have ever done so far but I did it 💪 I'm gonna do it once a week to improve my cardio. Thank you Caroline 🥰

Caroline is correct. Everytime I do the Sunday HIIT I feel it's the hardest one yet. I keep hoping I can improve but they are always a challenge even after almost 7 months of dedication. Let's go!!!

Haven't done a Caroline HIIT that I didn't enjoy, this one is no exception either, loaded with all kinds of goodies, each no repeat exercise unique in its own way. Challenging? Yes but so effective and so much fun working the entire body. HIIT always leaves me feeling accomplished and energized, ready to face whatever this day may bring. After the crouch jumps, I was glad of a burpee finisher for the first time in my life! Really enjoyed the no repeat, but did have to modify quite a few moves. At one point I paused the video to double check the settings weren’t on 1.5 playback speed though. 😂

This was definitely a thrilling HIIT workout ✔️👍. To be honest I'm quite proud of myself for finishing 😳. Caroline is the only trainer who has managed to motivate me to raise my heart rate through cardio. I still find it really hard after all these months, but I will persevere and grow in cardio strength and endurance. Motivation and determination are key 🗝 ✔️💯👍. Have a good day everyone 👍 👋 P. S. Hi Caroline omg this was jntense i did the cardio straight after and you could say i was soaked in sweat!Such a great workout love the sunday hitt and the addition of the cardio was bomb!I gave my all even though here its 27 degrees!Have a lovely Sunday everyone💪

Just finished the hiit and cardio and I’m sweating buckets right now. When I woke up this morning, I immediately got dressed then logged into KZbin until I saw the thumbnail. I instantly got redressed into my all black sports bra and shorts with a sweat band on my ponytail as I already knew what time it was lol. I had some jitters in the beginning wondering if I can complete this workout but once 30-40% passed I got comfortable again and before I knew it I was done with the workout. The add on was perfect with the abs mixed in so I’m a happy girl. Happy Sunday everyone you’re going to kill it as always (:

Hi Victoria...well done...sounds like you’ve had a brilliant morning of workouts! I really enjoyed both of them too, they went together so well! Like you I always think the first few minutes of HIIT are the hardest...you get through that and it’s fine! I often find running to be the same! Hope you are having a great day! Matthew

Yes the burpee ands alternating jumps for 40+ seconds had me second guessing the workout lol but it was manageable once I got out of my head

Hello Barbara! Great question! I don’t practice it myself but there are studies to support performing stomach vacuums, that work your transverse abdominis, can help reduce lower back pain, strengthen pelvic floor and strength core overall! Cx

Wow. Caroline, you never, ever cease to amaze and thrill, you are absolute perfection and inspiration ! I just finished this with very slight mods, I am almost 67 years old. My dobermans want to send help for me, and they think I am batty, but I have never felt better. Only problem is I kept rushing to see if the AC was broken. You consistently outperform yourself and you always amaze I think I speak for all of the Tribe here. Wow! And you are so beautiful! And I do not know about this medium but I am so glad that YOU are the first trainer I ever followed here because YOU do it Perfectly, I think you are better than even all the in person trainers could ever be! WOW!

Caroline I am so impressed w ur timing .. I happen to be up late here in NJ USA & u always post on the dot midnight our time!! 😄💪🏻 I’ll be doing this tomorrow- thank u as always for ur genius programs! Question- my sister is a Dr of PT & evaluated my knees recently..I had a left patella tendinitis in April.. I modified & healed & still stayed in sync w EH & all workouts going forward.. she did say no more lunges for me. Do u suggest squats as the best alternative to lunging? She said my form was great & this would prevent any problems for me Down the road. Just looking for ur feedback for those of us with knee issues who cannot lunge!! Thank u!!

Hi Erin...hope all is OK for you. I am so sorry to hear about your knee problems. Have you seen a physio? About 5 years ago I hurt my knee falling while walking in the Swiss mountains. I partly tore the ligament on the inside of my right knee. I saw a great physio who worked with the sports teams in my university and he really helped sort it out. One of the best things was that he told me clearly what to do and how much to push myself. After about 10 weeks it was completely healed. Ever since I can just do anything with the knee...I never have a problem. Of course each case is different...but I do think that really professional advice from a physio is important! Hope all is well! Matthew
