No repeat HIIT...what a treat for us today...always fun and interesting for us to do...but a lot of work for Caroline to plan! Then we will have cardio to do afterwards! Thank you Caroline! Just fantastic...but so much work for you Caroline in planning, organising etc. I really enjoyed doing the cardio after HIIT...keeps the heart rate up but I loved the change in intensity. I'm so glad this was no repeat, I don't think I could mentally get through this one knowing that there was the same exercise coming up! On a hot day this was pure sweat and the determination to make it to the end so I could be proud that I got through it all!! GL anyone who attempts this, my advice is you'll need a cool day to do this one!!

It doesn't matter as long as you got it done. Just dont let your heart rate slow down too much. The point of cardio and fat burning is to give your heart rate elevated.

Haven't done a Caroline HIIT that I didn't enjoy, this one is no exception either, loaded with all kinds of goodies, each no repeat exercise unique in its own way. Challenging? Just finished the hiit and cardio and I’m sweating buckets right now. When I woke up this morning, I immediately got dressed then logged into KZbin until I saw the thumbnail. I instantly got redressed into my all black sports bra and shorts with a sweat band on my ponytail as I already knew what time it was lol. I had some jitters in the beginning wondering if I can complete this workout but once 30-40% passed I got comfortable again and before I knew it I was done with the workout. The add on was perfect with the abs mixed in so I’m a happy girl. Happy Sunday everyone you’re going to kill it as always (:

This was definitely a thrilling HIIT workout ✔️👍. To be honest I'm quite proud of myself for finishing 😳. Caroline is the only trainer who has managed to motivate me to raise my heart rate through cardio. I still find it really hard after all these months, but I will persevere and grow in cardio strength and endurance. Motivation and determination are key 🗝 ✔️💯👍. Have a good day everyone 👍 👋 P. S. Hello Barbara! Great question! I don’t practice it myself but there are studies to support performing stomach vacuums, that work your transverse abdominis, can help reduce lower back pain, strengthen pelvic floor and strength core overall! Cx

After the crouch jumps, I was glad of a burpee finisher for the first time in my life! Really enjoyed the no repeat, but did have to modify quite a few moves. At one point I paused the video to double check the settings weren’t on 1.5 playback speed though. 😂

Wow. Caroline, you never, ever cease to amaze and thrill, you are absolute perfection and inspiration ! I just finished this with very slight mods, I am almost 67 years old. My dobermans want to send help for me, and they think I am batty, but I have never felt better. Only problem is I kept rushing to see if the AC was broken. You consistently outperform yourself and you always amaze I think I speak for all of the Tribe here. Wow! And you are so beautiful! And I do not know about this medium but I am so glad that YOU are the first trainer I ever followed here because YOU do it Perfectly, I think you are better than even all the in person trainers could ever be! WOW!

That for sure ... but I´ll always will get back to it that´s for sure make´s U feel amazing afterwards, even I can´t keep up with U C, even when I need to change some of exercises so I can make it thro! I will try and I will keep coming back to it until a day come that I can make it all thro that I can keep up to pace on the screen 🙃 I will keep trying ... WoW in the middle of a mini heatwave here in N Ireland and the temperature just got higher 😳 Max HR was 162, those burpess are killers. Another Sunday , another HIIT another 303 cals burned 🔥. I think I would miss my Sunday HIIT more than my Sunday Dinner now. 😁

Hi Anthony....how hot was this?!? I did it at 9am, fan on and was still saturated afterwards. 15/20 minute rest then the 20 minute cardio which absolutely flew by. The HIIT dragged though. Had to refill by big water bottle at 44% 🥵🥵

Honestly, I started seeing God after just 25% through the workout. NEVER in my life have I done such an intense workout. I usually can keep up with other hiit workouts of her which are shorter than this but holy smokes my organs gave up before even half of this.

Honestly your workout almost killed me 😆, especially the first 5 min. I thought that I will drop off before 50% before I achieve to callous my mind and make them. However to reach the 100%, I've never experimented as much pain and intensity. Thank you so much for this terrific workout !!

The name itself gave me chills. My body was somehow ready for the session ...my soul was like ..y to take the risk 😂..I wonder who can pace along with Caroline ...at one point of time I felt the video is in fast forward mode. Mine was not even half her speed, I guess. I was struggling with form n pace n posture... 😂😂. But then definitely Caroline's sessions brings me out of depressions. I feel accomplished. And the add-on cardio was so cool. Enjoyed. This week there were even new varieties. Thank you Caroline for the superb week. Looking forward to the upcoming week. I am sure you are going to surprise us again ❤️❤️
