God bless you both Claudia and Coach Kozak beforeI started your excises I thought I was going to be in wheelchair. But now I have better movement and mobility than I could have ever imagined. With severe arthritis some days it gets tough but each day I keep coming back and trying but its paying off. I feel so much better and I've lose 65 pounds. Thanks for your encouragement

Patty Kampsen I, too, am recovering from 3 broken bones in my left ankle and a fractured collarbone. This happened 10 weeks ago, and I was starting to feel like a slug. Thank you so much for this video. Last year, over the first 6 months, I had 3 emergency surgeries. Massive amounts of time in bed. Starting in January I started with my exercise bike slowly and have worked up to two, ten minute sessions. Today I felt it wasn't enough and wanted to add to my routine. I was skeptical that chair exercises would do much but I was wrong. Being obese and needing both knees replaced this actually made me sweat and it was enjoyable. The only one I had to modify was the half split and I felt okay with that. I'm excited and am off to check out more of your videos. It's sounds stupid but I actually was a little choked up after I completed the video. I feel like there is hope I can drop this weight and get somewhat fit. Thanks again.

That all depends but generally 65 and older. Everyone's fitness level is different and some older adults are more fit than others. The seated routines really are for anyone and everyone.

My mum is morbidly obese. She needs to lose a lot of weight. She recently changed her diet and lost 6kg so far (without doing any exercise by the way), so she's on the right path. The problem is that she has high blood pressure and she risks having a heart attack if does exercises that are too intense or fast paced (like HIIT). I'm trying to encourage her to do more exercise by using workouts like this one. It would be great if you could do more workouts for people with heart conditions! Thanks! Have a lovely week-end!

Frustrated with aerobics @67 years old. There was always an exercise that caused a lot of pain for a few days after. Have Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s and take Lions Mane 3 times a day . Yeah Alzheimer’s was a lot but 5 months after that Parkinson’s showed up. Too much. Parkinson’s is the worst ever. Emotions are basically like Alzheimer’s which are severe. But with Parkinson’s no dopamine so you’re taking different supplements for the different symptoms which are severe and with no dopamine it causes unbalance issues in walking. The more you walk the less the Parkinson’s symptoms are. No walking you walk like you are a drunk. With the diseases we’re told aerobics was best to get blood to the brain. Since I can’t do them anymore and tried your workout I felt I got a good workout with your program today. You covered the whole body. Thanks! Reading through the comments I learned your names are Coach Kozak and Claudia. It is nice to know your names. I have new friends to start a new program with. Ya’ll seem really nice.

I am 63 years young who had a low back fusion that resulted in spinal cord leaks. After 3 surgery in 6 weeks ended up with right foot drop & adhesive arachnoiditis. I just carefully completed the seniors 30 min workout seated! I love it. I used to walk 5 to 8 miles on average 5 days a week. Now only able to walk a mile with a cane. This has boosted my morale and am excited to be day 1 on my journey to taking off the 25 lbs I gained from the meds & inactivity! Thank you so much for this!

please eliminate seniors, elderly from titles of chair videos. some of us are injured or disabled but not elderly. I can see this turning some people away
