Thank you for the exercise. I am in a wheelchair due to total collapse of my both feet after botched surgery and have picked up so much weight because I cant walk anymore. I started yesterday with your exercises and must say I am amazed at how much I enjoy your calmness in helping people do this. No yelling and screaming - just motivating me to continue. Hi I just finished this exercise I don’t know how you talk through it I have trouble breathing but I’m 75 and am diabetic -have cancer and had a heart bypass surgery in October but I still enjoy your exercises and try to do some sort of exercise everyday but sometimes it is hard to get started so thank you for the senior exercises.

Since most of us are women that are doing this exercise I wish Claudia would have more of a participation in it. Sometime coach corrects her whenever she makes a suggestion and I don't think that's necessary. I love hasfit and I've been doing it for over a year. Thanks. Wear ur masks ❤️

I discovered your channel because I work at a nursing home and needed easy workouts for older adults but I’m grateful I did because I’ve struggle with weight for years and have large breasts that give me back neck and shoulder pain and make me not want to be active. I love your exercises I can switch from day to day. I had breast cancer then it went to a tumor in the bone in between my spine and hip so these exercises are good for me. I am tired all the time and ache all over from shots in my hips I am sure the treatment is doing that so this gives me a little engery . I am 74 and try to do these exercises every day.

Wow! I’m a 5’4”, 250+, 69 year old woman who is TIRED of being unable to easily turn over in bed or do any activity without difficulty. My face still looks great, but my body is failing rapidly, and I needed help fast. I started to listen to daily weight loss affirmations (free on Audible), and they bring up exercising frequently. Well, it must be working, because here I am. I have looked at other videos, but this is the BEST for getting through it and actually feeling like you made a difference. I’m sorry, I don’t know your names, but God Bless you both for spending your life helping others, especially we seniors that feel useless and hopeless much of the time. Your gentleness and compassion for the difficulty of different moves made me want to come back! ❤

Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! I'm a senior and I had a car accident that left me disabled. Because of my injuries I've not been able to exercise and gained a lot of weight. I've tried several exercise videos and was not able to do any of them. Your video is the first one I can actually do! I feel so much better after doing these exercises. They have actually helped with some of the chronic pain I'm having in my lower back. I like how the two of you talk through it and are so encouraging and saying that it's O.K. to do it at our own individual pace. This makes it so much more easy to do and makes me feel not so bad if I don't yet have the same range of motion that the two of you have. I still feel like I've done something wonderful for my body. We use this workout as a buffer on a light day coupled with other activity. I like how it leans toward more stretching plus having basic forms for other exercises in the HASFit repertoire. Sure is helping through the lockdown!

I'm disabled from the age of 29 ..I'm 56 now...Had a bout with T.T.P. was in a coma at UCLA for 4 months...Was just recently hospitalized with my Systematic Lupus and I was near death once again...I'm now on strict food intake..... The LORD GOD is GOOD...!!!!! Found out I have a left neck artery that is 60% blocked...I'm starting this program sitting...My weight is 174 LB. and I'm 5' 3.....My goal weight is 125.....May Father Bless you BOTH in JESUS' Most Precious Name.....Shalom

I started off doing seated exercises about 6 months ago because of my arthritic knees. I now do the regular standing workouts because I have strengthened my muscles. I wanted to try this one today for fun (did it standing) and it's still a good workout!
