As an overweight couch potato, I really liked this one. It encourages me that I really can. It is really for beginners. I believe I can finally be consistent with training with Monika videos...

can these tone up your body? btw great video, i observed that i have weaker immune system (bcs i got sick so many times) and my mental health is worsening in this year. so i knew i have to do something. I started with your good morning workout in pyjamas video for 3 weeks, then i continue with this one!! every workout session become less hard for me!! ❤❤
