Hello, I am Jaeho, a trainer and physical therapist.
Today, we prepared a 20-minute full body workout routine. The difficulty of the exercise is composed of the beginner version. Some lower-body exercises, such as squats and single-leg deadlifts, can be performed with dumbbells or kettlebells.
Since there is not enough back muscle exercise, you can add chin-ups if possible, and it is also recommended to add dumbbell row exercises using dumbbells.
It is recommended to perform it 3 times a week, and on other days it is good to perform insufficient aerobic exercise or abs exercise arm exercises.

I do one new video a day and follow those videos for the rest of the month for example: Monday: this workout Tuesday: a different workout Etc , ¿Does that effect the outcome?

I think it may vary depending on the purpose of the exercise. If your goal is to expend energy in a short period of time, strength cycling exercises like this can be helpful. If your goal is to increase muscle mass, it may not be suitable for you. Although it will vary depending on the individual's exercise performance, recovery, and exercise purpose, it seems to be more efficient to exercise different body parts every 2-3 days rather than training the same muscle group every day.

Olá @jaeho_fitness. Eu tive Acidente Vascular Cerebral Hemorrárico há oito anos. Perdi a coordenação motora e movimento muito pouco o braço direito. Consigo fazer estes exercicios sem correr riscos? Preciso emagrecer. Quantas calorias são gastas com estes exercicios? Seu fã do Brasil.

There is a formula that roughly calculates, but according to mediocre research results or data, it appears that about 80 to 120 kcal is consumed with 10-minute training.
