Today, we have prepared a video of basic full-body stretching that can be performed not only for warming up before exercise but also for managing musculoskeletal problems and physical condition in everyday life. It consists of movements that can relax each body part except for the calves and thighs. It is recommended to perform dynamic stretching similar to exercise movements after static stretching.
It would be better if you perform it periodically to prevent musculoskeletal problems as well as for warm-up purposes before starting exercise!
