Anna, this was by far the MOST fun I've ever had while working out!!! I typically stay away from dance videos because I am not very coordinated and find it difficult to replicate the moves, so I don't get much out of them, but this has the perfect mix of your usual exercises as well as fun, easy to perform dance moves. Round 2 was my favorite of the whole video!!! I have been following you for almost a year now, so the fact that I did this video with no extra breaks and feel amazing at the end is a testament to how amazing and effective your workouts are! You have my most sincere gratitude, and I hope to see more content like this in the future! ❤❤

Great training. Only twenty minutes and so sweaty! It's much easier to motivate yourself when it's only 20-30 minutes! One thing I would change it's the time between exercises. I get the concept of "no rest", but before I move my body from one position to another, and check what's the next exercise, I'm already some seconds behind. See you at the next training! :)
