This was an awesome workout. The perfect amount of burn in my opinion and i think I’ll be a little sore tomorrow which is what I love! I was short on time today because my toddler has been unpredictable so the length was ideal too! Thank you!

So glad you liked it, Samantha!! I don’t count calories or macros, but I always focus on getting more protein & enough fiber. I aim for about 1g of protein per pound - all from regular food - & try to get lots of fresh fruits & veggies. I post my meals to my Instagram stories (Vera.LaRo) & I have a daily meals highlight with more meals as well. Once I get stories on here - I’ll try to post more daily meals here as well. Hope that helps 💖💪

Loved this workout! ❤ What advice do you have for rear delts? I know which moves in your routine were supposed to work that muscle, but I wonder if I'm compensating with another muscle since the rear delt never feels sore. I notice I can only feel my side delt working with one specific exercise. I dunno. Trying to get a nice, capped shoulder but the struggle is real. 😄 P.S. Loved the combo tricep extension!

So glad you enjoyed it!! Rear delts are definitely tough to target, but you got this! I typically work in rear delts with my back workouts (most of my shoulder workouts don’t involve much rear delt work). I just find it to be a more natural split for me. Think bent over flys, rear delt rows, reverse raises. You’ll definitely feel those in your rear delt rows! Let me know if that helps 💪

@@VeraLaRo That definitely makes sense, since those are the exercises I really suck at. I'm thinking I need to work on my range of motion more than anything else. My weights don't feel heavy enough, yet I can't life heavier or extend as far as I probably should to feel the burn.
