I love your style- this routine was challenging ( i absolutely loved that part) but fun! I did have to lower my weights so I could keep the correct form - I used mostly 8lbs except the last set that was done on the floor ( used 10lbs). Thank you so much- I appreciate your hard work!

I’m so glad you liked it, Natalia!! So happy you found it challenging but still fun - yay!! So important to keep proper form - I have to lower my weights all the time towards the end of my set - I see it as a good thing - means the workout is challenging & I’m giving it all I have 💪💪

I enjoyed this one! My toddler loved watching and grabbed my 2lb weight to exercise with me 😂 (I used 8 and 15 lbs, don’t worry) and will work up to heavier weights if I can get more consistent with working out 💪

Have to start them young right 😁? So glad you liked it! And the weights sound great - it’s all about how you lift vs how much! And, of course can switch to heavier weights once the current ones start to feel too easy 💪

Hey i have a question? Is it okay if i do such exercises with 1kg on each hand. Its home workouts for me so i cant really afford higher weighted equipments right now. So how can i utilize small weight dumbells too?

You can of course do the workouts with any equipment that you have, but you won’t see results if you are not challenging yourself. It’s very important that each workout is challenging you to see results. There are lots of websites that sell very inexpensive dumbbells or perhaps you can find them used on places like Facebook marketplace 💗
