Ich wiederhole mich: aber ich LIEBE deine Abwechslung! Manchmal tut ein workout ohne Gewichte auch so richtig gut. Die walking leg squats haben mich trotzdem zur Verzweiflung gebracht 😅 und ich liebe deine Tipps - helfen so sehr! Danke für deinen Einsatz 🎉❤
