The tip in cobra ..... ive been using my arm strength when ive practised before. Focusing on my back was next level it felt amazing! Thank you so much for this series! Im going to do yoga strong in Feb im so in!!!

@@aimeered8191 Do not worry, you will!👍🏻💪🏽 There are always possibilities to modify - I was not able to do some of the most advanced progressions towards the end either, but it is not the point to be perfect. The point is to give your body the right amount of systematic stimulation to become stronger than it was before you started the program. And it really worked, the progress was very moticeable, it allowed me to progress to more advanced practices - I mean I still modify, sometimes more, sometimes less, ( for example I cannot even try headstands because of my eye condition) - each body is different, each body struggles with something else, push yourself a bit, but do not push yourself too hard, sometines the body responds better to more gentle approach, sometimes it alliws you to give 100% of energy to the practice, the progress will come. The the main thing is that now I am strong enough to have fun with some more advanced practices (and, indeed, with those for beginners, where I can explore in peace what feels best, as I am not struggling so much with the basic poses now), to work on some of the poses with more confidence and so on. And I am planning to go back to Yoga Strong again in couple of months, to see how far I got and to take it a bit further still.😊 Keeping my fingers crossed for you, so that this program helps you at least as much as it helped me!🫶🍀🍀🍀

This 30 day challenge is going to be a great way to get back to doing yoga! I remember getting quite far with the last january's challenge, doing the headstands and all. Then I got pregnant and couldn't do these anymore. But it's now been over 3 months since I had my baby and have I've been getting back to doing yoga 😊 This is my favorite yoga channel, the only one I watch. Charlie's instruction style is perfect 😊

Thank you ! The household cat seems to love your videos, especially today she sat smack dab in the middle of my yoga mat to enjoy your teaching. I ended up doing my yoga half off the mat but still enjoyed it . Things like this teach me patience I suppose😅

@killerkowalski7971 @killerkowalski7971 Thanks for your kindness. Yes, he was awesome. I bottle-fed him when he was 5 week old because his mother couldn't make it. So I became his giant mother and he was my furry baby. We were so close! He slept on my neck, relaxed on my shoulders, played with me his whole life. I lost him a year ago, he was 16 year-2 month-26 day old. The day before he died, he lied on my torso all night long. He died in my arms peacefully. I still cry when I think about him, I will always miss him 😢

@@TheKaracool it's so sad that animals have such short lives. It's so painful to lose them. But you will always be so lucky to have had him in your life. Perhaps sometime as you do yoga, you can feel his Spirit near you. I know he was grateful to you for being such a wonderful cat mom ❤️🌹

I completely skipped yesterday because I was so tired getting home from work (I should've done it before, this video would've been perfect). I still have to figure out a routine that I can stick to, but for now I'm just doing it before bed. I think I still have the energy to do Day 4 so I can catch up. This one was much more challenging for me than days 1 and 2, but in a good way. It's such an excellent progression so far! I'm really excited to be doing this and using it to get back into yoga after many years basically off. I'm not a complete beginner but my body is once again :) Thank you Charlie!

I love revisiting the basics! I have always felt off in my transition from downward dog to chataranga, and now that I am taking it slow, I can feel my transition smoothening out 🥰. Next thing I am excited for refining is going from plant to lizard/low lunge!

This is why I'm here! I have practiced daily yoga for 9 years and have been practicing sporadically even longer. Love the way this is broken down for optimal integrity, just what I seek. I practiced each chataranga multiple times to really get my shoulders forward and have my legs end up like yours-- I was never forward enough before lowering on the 1st try and hands would not be by low ribs for cobra (more like mid). ❤ Also, today my best friend's dog (my friend Yuki!) is going to cross the rainbow bridge, and I spent the whole video crying, so I will be back to practice again while not sobbing. Still got a lot out of it. This one is for you, Yuki. You were a great friend. Run free and visit whenever you want! We will miss your sweet, silly ways. 🌈 🐻❄ 💫

Using my husbands account I came a cross your 30 day challenge late yesterday. So I decided I would start it a few days late and catch up. Just finished all three of the first three days and looking forward to completing this 30 days. Thank you for doing this I have been looking for videos that would show you all the basics and proper breathing for awhile, that didn't require a paid subscription I couldn't afford. Thank you again and looking forward to the next 30 days with you.

Thank you Charlie. I feel like sun salutations get too much hype. I find that my particular body and circadian clock responds better to the soothing lower body Chandra Namaskar (moon salutation) but unless you actively seek out a how to do it, it never features. I find doing a few moon salutations before bed helps calm my autonomic system and makes it easier to physically get out of bed in the morning

This was excellent! I completely neglected exercise for the last half a year or so due to work and low discipline (haha), so these light short sessions are a great way to get back in my stride now that I've cleared my deadlines! :-)

Todays session seemed a bit difficult to follow for me being a beginner. I could not sync with inhale exhale with instructor. I between i felt lime giving up, but glad continued till the end. May be if i practice again later in the day i would be able to do it. Thank you Charlie

I found my mat not feeling long enough for my monkey arms.. always a foot or hand poking out when prone 😂 I tried overlapping two mats lengthwise to gove myself an extra foot or two... perfect!
