Hi Dez, I broke my foot & had surgery in August. I was in splints & casts for 3 months. I'm finally able to return to doing workouts with you again. At 60 years old, I'm certain that I've been able to recover much faster and with less pain because I've been doing workouts with you for over a year. Thank you so much for your excellent workouts. Whoa. Haven't been able to do pilates for a few months, so I thought I'd dip back in with a short workout. "Killer full body burn" is right! This workout was no joke, but I was able to do it! Thanks, Dez!

Another beautiful Pilates reformer workout out!! I love the fact that it is 20-30 minutes as I try to do these M-F and doing more for some reason makes me skip days. Love that it’s intense also, get to the point and sweat! Thanks so much!!❤

This was great! I paired it with a 25min jumpboard and it's come together nicely for cardio reformer day!

Great workout! Am I noticing that your foot bar is set up a bit forward towards the carriage on this one? I’m on Allegro 2 and moved mine 3 spots up toward the carriage - worked great for my height (was hitting the stopper on the scissors). Love the intensity. Thanks!

I loved this as a quick hit before work. But I am not sure I understand the elephant move. Not exactly sure what I am supposed to be doing or feeling. Any help? Otherwise brilliant as always.

Great workout but I have a question: 1) plank pike with push up 2) baby round elephant 3) running in place 4) jump scissors w/ arabesque What are the other 2 exercises? Are them the warm ups? Thank you for sharing .🌷
