Your classes are fantastic. You really have great pace, cueing and flow of exercises. As someone who has done reformed quite a bit, I appreciate the modification suggestions to make things harder or easier and the breathing cues are still always helpful. Thank you!

Thank you! I started using a mic over a year ago for that very reason so if you go to my playlists you will find lots of workouts posted within the last year with much better sound!
